Situated right at the entryway to the fantastic downtown Dunedin corridor, full of shops, micro-breweries, pubs, and restaurants along with a scenic marina and fabulous sunsets at the west end of downtown. Situated across the street from a vibrant restaurant and bar. Sit on your front deck and listen to great music!

House had everything I needed and more. Location is on main street so a lot of traffic but nothing concerning. Would come back to stay. 100% recommended.

Awful experience / double booked

When we arrived at our VRBO there was a dog inside...people were already staying there. They had double booked us. Unacceptable. When I finally got the owner on the line she acted as if this has happened before. No sense of concern or urgency. She was sorry though....So beware! We did get a refund that day but also had to scurry to find a new rental for that night (3 night stay total). The place we found was actually right by Main Street. Walkable to everything and had a pool. My advise is to keep looking.

Adorable cottage

This cottage was absolutely adorable! Immaculately clean. Very well stocked kitchen and coffee bar. I’m thankful they have a fan to help block out the music from across the street and road noise. I’m also thankful I brought my own fan to further help block out the noise at night. Will definitely stay here again. Great location!

Fun Stay in Dunedin

Fantastic Stay!The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of downtown Dunedin! We loved being able to walk to so many great restaurants, breweries, and shops. It’s just off Skinner Blvd, so while there can be a bit of street noise, the provided sound machine helped (though we barely needed it).If you’re a light sleeper or plan on sleeping in, just keep that in mind—but honestly, with so many gorgeous beaches within a 30-minute drive, you’ll want to be up and out exploring anyway!The place had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen for nights we felt like cooking. It truly felt like a home away from home.Highly recommend, and we’d absolutely stay here again. A perfect little getaway spot for a couple!

Cottage on Main Street

Lots of pros about this property but be very aware the location is directly on Main Street. This means traffic noise is pretty much constant. The white noise machine is helpful for sleeping. The music from the restaurant across the street was not an issue for us. The property manager was very responsive to any inquiry. Comfortable bed and kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated the extras, including beach chairs and beach towels as well as laundry.

Spectacular Bungalow in the heart of Dunedin

Great bungalow located in Dunedin. The location is key and you are able to walk into downtown Dunedin for food, drink and harbor views.

Perfect getaway

My husband and I had a lovely time in Dunedin and this bungalow was so perfect. It was well decorated and homey and updated througout and stocked with everthing!

We had excellent time!

My wife and I decided to get away for a few days and selected this property. The communication with the property manager was very quick and appreciated when we had a question. House was perfect for us, close to downtown and the Pinellas trail. Would book it again for sure if we get up that way again!

Great location to walk everywhere

We did not need a car. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars easily. Close to the Pinalles Trail and water.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed in the Charming Bungalow Downtown. It was perfect for the two of us. The cottage-like residence is charmingly decorated. It was also very clean and had everything we needed. We rented two bicycles during our stay, and we were able to walk or bike throughout downtown Dunedin. We would definitely stay there again.

Loud!

This house is on a 4 lane road and is VERY NOISY. Old, old single pane windows that don't open (painted shut) so forget about getting fresh air. The traffic noise is ridiculous. Also the Clear Sky bar is across the street and you can hear their music that starts at 7 when they open until 11 when they close. Tuesday night they have trivia and we could hear the guy asking the questions through his microphone. The place is flipped, nice kitchen, but all the appliances one uses are stuffed back and plugged in in this little closet off the kitchen - not sure why that is. Doable, but awkward. Bedroom has no door - just a macrame rope. Dresser is 12" from the bed (we measured! ha). You can hardly open it without hitting the bed, so it's useless. We were left FOUR hangers in the closet. Laundry room is attached and the other guests use it from the 2 other buildings. The sign says 8-8...but 10:30 at night someone was washing clothes - and we had to listen to that clanking of the machines. Also, when someone is washing clothes and the machine is filling up, you have very very little water pressure in this unit, so hope you're not showering! Also, couldn't flush the toilet while the washing machine is filling. Dunedin is a great little town and this is within walking distance to the main street. But there's MANY rentals where you can walk to town. Unfortunately, this one is way too loud so we wouldn't recommend it or return to it. Dangerous getting out of the driveway!
