*Please note that the pool will not be available for the months of October through April/Early May.

Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private three bedroom home features an open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, counter height seating, dedicated work space, and living room with 75” Smart TV.

Fully appointed modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a brand new queen mattress, private en-suite bathroom and 65” Smart TV.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, laundry area located in the guest bathroom, large pool deck with dining furniture, lounge chairs, mountain views, onsite parking, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless access. (The picnic table is no longer available for guest use).

*Please note that any reservation booked for more than 28 days will need a mandatory mid stay cleaning and guests will be responsible for the cost.*

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. Beautiful place to stay. Super nice and quiet. Could see the stars. We loved every minute of our trip. It was so nice not to be smack dab in the center of a tourist town. Got to see a bit of the countryside and have a quiet place to ourselves.

Our recent stay at the home was exceptionally wonderful. The residence was both comfortable and gorgeous, exceeding our expectations. The owner's attentiveness and prompt responsiveness, even during late hours, were greatly appreciated. The beds provided exceptional comfort, and we would be grateful to know the brand of mattress used! The house was impeccably maintained, and while we had brought our own, the provided toiletries and towels were sufficient for our family of five for a six-day stay. The tranquil neighborhood and the experience of swimming under the stars created lasting, cherished memories. We anticipate a return visit to make more!

Great family vacation home!!!!!

Great family home. The house was very clean. Loved the pool area. Great location, minutes away from anything you'll need. Owner communication was great and quick to reply on all information and questions. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Great location and amenities

Our family had a great time here for a summer vacation. Conveniently located to Dollywood (backroad took less than 10 minutes) and Pigeon Forge. Nice views, good amenities, and the pool was a great way to cool off after a hot day. We'll definitely look into this place again when we come back to the area.

Smokey Mountains lived up to their name

Property is in a rural area, which is nice. Very quiet. Just minutes from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg attractions. Pool is nice as is hot tub. House is clean and comfortable.

Tennessee Vacation

Vacationed with husband and grown son in a lovely, comfortable, and spacious home in a quiet and centrally located neighborhood. Toured Cades Cove and sights in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Knoxville. Swam in our private pool and watched the sunset every evening from the hot tub. The host made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to our messages. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to both relax and see the area.

A great place for a family

The property was exactly as described. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The property is located in a quiet part of town and had easy access to all amenities. Getting around town was easy. The kitchen was well equipped the unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this property. I definitively stay again.

Excellent location

This house was the perfect size for our family of four. The pool was a hit with everyone! The location is perfect, it's a very quiet peaceful street with hardly any traffic at all. But only 5 miles from everything in Pigeon Forge. The owners communication was super fast & were always available if we had any questions. Can't wait to come back again!

Beautiful Home!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and very clean. We did have difficulty with the code upon arriving but recieved great customer service. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the beds are very comfortable! We did have difficulty operating the security system and accidentally set off the alarms. I would recommend including some basic instructions on setting and turning off the system so its easily accessible. The neighborhood is quite. We had a great time and would visit again!

Excellent vacation with my sister.

My sister and did a last minute vacation and rented Reagantown. The house was really very pretty and in a nice area very quiet. Upon entering the home everything was very pretty and the beds were great. I will miss the softness of those beds. A great night sleep every night. We never cooked while there but the kitchen was well stocked. We never used the pool or hot tub but they were gorgeous. This house is a must for your vacation and I would rent it again. Thanks for an awesome 9 days away from home.

Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/GSMNP Summer 24

The house was perfect. Beds were super comfy. Communication was excellent between myself and property manager. House alarm worked a little different from mine but not a problem after speaking with someone for more explicit directions. There was a duplex across the street and one night a lot of hollering and sounded like dog fighting coming from it but never any problems. The dog next door was never seen so not a problem without a complete fence. We enjoyed our stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub when we were there to use it.

Very peaceful location

Absolutely loved this house! The pool was amazing! In fact everything was near perfect however, the thermostat automatically kicks back to 76° every couple of hours which is far to hot in near 100° weather! The refrigerator was also set at a higher than desired temp as well. If not for the pool we would have been too hot. Literally everything else was perfect! Thanks for allowing us to borrow your home. It is gorgeous!

Great Mountain Getaway

The views are gorgeous. It’s located in a small quiet neighborhood with views on every small backroad! The pool was great; wished we could have enjoyed the hot tub as we had been looking forward to it. The beds were all super comfortable, comforters were super soft and the pillows fluffy! We liked that the bed in the master was adjustable. House was very pretty/decorated. Had all the amenities we could ever ask for. We cooked most our meals and it had everything we needed for a short stay. Even had plenty of towels for the pool. It was within 15 minutes to Dollywood and close enough to attractions but kept you out the hustle and bustle/crowds. We would def stay here again!!!! The owner was very easy to get in touch with and check in was super handy with the key code.

Hot Property-Cold Pool

This home is VERY nice. I would certainly stay here again. The location was perfect and the home was clean, aside from some cobwebs in the corners and dirt on the carpet. The kitchen and baths were well-appointed as well. The only issue was the freezing pool. We asked pre-booking about the pool and were under the impression that it was heated. It is not. We wished it would have been warm enough outside to enjoy the pool. Otherwise, everything about this property was great!

We were excited to stay at this property based on the listing, which described it as a "luxe getaway." Unfortunately, the reality did not match the description or the photos. The home was not in a condition we felt comfortable staying in, and we ultimately had to leave after the first night and book a nearby hotel, at an additional cost of over 1,200.The photos in the listing appear to be outdated or heavily edited. In person, the house showed significant signs of wear, and several aspects from cleanliness to general upkeep, did not meet expectations for a luxury rental. For example, the deck around the pool has paint peeling everywhere.We attempted to work with the host but did not feel the issues could be resolved during our stay. I will say the host was responsive and was able to at least get the grass cut.To be fair, the location is convenient and the house could be a nice property with better maintenance and a more accurate listing. But based on our experience, we cannot recommend it and would caution others to ask for updated photos and more detailed information before booking.I will note I am working with the host on a potential refund as the host admits there were issues. I will also note there is a huge black dog next door that is very close to the property. We were also given the incorrect code to enter the home.

No toilet papers, the house wasn’t ready and cleaned at check in

This place is 20-25 minutes away from Pigeon Forge. It was a bit expensive for the services we got. There were no toilet papers or paper towels. The crew was still cleaning the place at 4.30 pm when we got there and we had to wait till 6 pm to chech in. On the day of check out the owner called and left a VM that they are going to charge us for an extra night since their cleaning person have reported that our belongings were still at the property. We had already checked out with all of our belongings. I was sharing the expense with another family memeber who refused to pay since she said that she won’t pay for a place which doesn’t provide basic things such as toilet papers.

Excellent place

Probably the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. Well equipped with necessities that one might forget like coffee filters, shampoo and even Q tips! Near local attractions but far enough away for peace and quiet. Would definitely stay again and recommend

Lovely Visit

Property was efficient for our needs. *Fridge and pantry are BARE, so if you are used to some condiments and necessary items being present for the first day and other, there were none. Home was clean, linens were fresh, plenty of towels. Pool and hot tub could use a cleaning and not being able to have adult time in the hot tub after 10 was quite a bummer.
