This stunning townhouse shares a wall on one side, however the noise from the unit next door is very limited. We do ask that guests please be respectful of noise levels from 10pm-8am. Although the driveway is very small, the garage holds parking for two cars. There is also parking for one additional car in a guest parking area, and additional street parking.

- Please note this house is 3 levels: Main living on top, primary bedroom/bathroom on middle, and 2 additional bedrooms and theater room on bottom. Guests with any mobility issues should consider this when booking.
- There is an exterior camera on the property.
- No pets are authorized.
- No additional guests beyond total on guest count without prior authorization.
- Driveway parking is very narrow - garage parking and street parking is available. No more than 3 cars.
- No additional guests beyond who is claimed on reservation are allowed without prior authorization.
- Evidence of pets, smoking, or unauthorized guests could result in immediate termination of reservation and forfeiture of security deposit.
