The Space:
Welcome to our tastefully designed beach house that offers everything you need for an exceptional getaway.
The home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
This is a 3-level single family house with some steps to the entrance.The house features one king, one queen, a king sofa bed, and a twin, offering a stylish and peaceful escape in a quiet neighborhood.
**Floor Plan**
FIRST FLOOR:
The first floor offers the master bedrooms, equipped with a king bed and plenty of clothing storage, and a full bathroom supplied with full stock of bath supplies. The main floor also has our living room exudes style, featuring a comfortable sofa. Enjoy cooking in our fully stocked kitchen, featuring high-end appliances, cookware, silverware, and serving ware.
SECOND FLOOR:
Discover a cozy sofa bed on our second floor, where you can also enjoy board games and quality time with friends or family. This inviting space is perfect for relaxation and fun, making it a great spot to unwind together.
THIRD FLOOR:
Enjoy stunning ocean views from the third-floor bedroom, furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed on the opposite side. This arrangement is ideal for families, providing a comfortable and scenic space for parents and a little one.

You will have access to the entire house. You will also can park on our driveway or carport, so parking would be a breeze!

This elegant neighborhood is nestled beside Manchester State Park and adjacent to Wynn Jones County Park, both featuring superb hiking trails within a brief stroll from the residence. Positioned on Rich Passage, a key component of the Washington State ferry route, the house affords spectacular views of the bustling maritime traffic. The charming and historic downtown Port Orchard is merely a picturesque 10-minute drive along the waterfront. Further enhancing connectivity, the Southworth ferry terminal, offering foot passenger services to downtown Seattle, is just 15 minutes away by car, with Bremerton accessible within 20 minutes.

-Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for pets and children, please don't leave them unsupervised.

- Regular rate is for 4 guests, additional guests are $25/person/night up to a maximum of 7 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
- We have dynamic pricing, rates change daily and we don't honor yesterday's pricing.
- We stick to our cancellation policy, so consider getting travel insurance to secure your booking.

1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.
2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.
3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
4.【NO ANIMAL】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. Please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.
10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
