Welcome to this inviting 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, conveniently located on the walk-in level from parking and featuring an attached 2 car garage for guest use. The main level offers a fully stocked kitchen and dining area, with stunning lake views, along with a comfortable living room complete with a fireplace and queen pull out sofa - perfect for relaxing after a day on the water. Step out onto the spacious deck to enjoy the beautiful lake views.

Upstairs, you'll find a well appointed lakeview primary suite with adjacent bathroom, king bed and a cozy enclosed four seasons room, ideal for enjoying the view all year. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed, great for families or small groups. This level also includes another full bathroom and a convenient laundry area.

The Falls complex offers fantastic amenities including two seasonal outdoor pools, tennis courts, and a playground. Located at the 2 mile marker in the desirable Four Seasons area you'll be close to some of the best spots at the lake. This condo is the perfect getaway for making lasting memories! Beautiful condo and area! Pool is great, and our family really enjoyed our stay! Very kind and helpful staff who were very easy to work with! Super clean and stocked well for a week stay.We were near a sewage treatment area and it smelled strongly of sewage, but may have just been an issue during our stay. We will definitely be booking with Four Seasons Property Management again!

Labor weekend trip

Absolutely amazing property and management! It is spacious, but super cozy, and the view of the lake is unbeatable. You definitely get what your paying for and much more! We will be staying here again on our next trip to the lake! I highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay with amazing views and plenty of room for our 9 guests to sleep. There were deer everywhere which was fun to see! We spent plenty of time in the two pools, often being the only ones in it. The grounds were overall peaceful. There was a tennis/basket ball court on the property for our kids to use. Management was very responsive and accommodating, helping us relocate to this condo after the last one fell through. So as you can see, many positive things to make for a great stay!The only issue was sturdiness of the condo furniture, which has been stated by other reviewers. Several things were either broken or close to breaking…. This includes a couple of cabinets, a shower fixture, curtains, closet. These things were overall minimal and I would still recommend giving this place a try.

Nice Condo, Unfortunate Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had mixed feelings about our stay. Two weeks before our trip, we were notified that the deck had been deemed unsafe and would be closed. We were offered a refund, but with it being so close to the Fourth of July holiday, finding another place for our group wasn’t realistic, so we chose to keep our reservation.Check-in was easy, and the condo was clean and met our expectations. Unfortunately, a severe storm caused a power outage for the rest of our stay. We understand that the outage was beyond the property’s control, but we were disappointed that no effort was made to acknowledge the inconvenience. A partial refund, future stay discount, or even a small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated.Later, a neighbor informed us that the water and sewer service would also be shut off. With no electricity, no air conditioning, and five children in our group, we decided to leave around 10 p.m. the night before our scheduled departure.We don’t blame the property for the storm, but customer service is measured by how unexpected situations are handled. We appreciated the advance notice about the deck, but we left feeling that the significant disruption to our vacation wasn’t acknowledged.
