The Ocean Pearl - Steps away from private beach access

This custom home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac just a short 3-minute walk to the beach via private neighborhood access. Conveniently located in the heart of Crystal Beach, just minutes from The Big Store, restaurants, and gas stations. This 3 bedroom/2 bath home accommodates 12 guests. Roku TVs with HULU live in every room with a 65” inch flat screen in the living room. Wi-Fi throughout the home. The spacious main bedroom has a king size bed (Tempur-pedic mattress) with a large, beautiful en suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen-over-queen bunk bed as well as a twin. Bedroom three has 1 queen bed (Tempur-pedic mattress) and 2 twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could want or need to prepare meals during your stay, including a coffee/wet bar with both Keurig and drip coffee maker for your morning coffee on the wrap around deck. Enjoy meals under the covered pergola while taking in both ocean and water views. There is a covered deck with outdoor custom wood furniture, hammocks, porch swing, and an outdoor bar area with plenty of seating for family fun. Outside you will also find a full-size shower and gas grill. Check in 4:00 pm Checkout 10:00 am. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $150 (limit 2 dogs under 50lbs each).

My family enjoyed staying in the Ocean Pearl. Excellent communication with the hosts. The layout of the house is nice for large groups. We enjoyed ourselves and had a relaxing time.

Great spot to relax

Everything was great! they gave recommendations on a place to eat(couldn't go it was Being remodeled). Had a great view for sunsets. walking distance to beach access. would definitely stay here again

Great Place!

This place was adorable. It was perfect for us for Easter! We stayed 10 days and hosted an Easter brunch. We had plenty of dishes, silver and glasses. They even had really cute serving dishes and platters! Loved having three outside areas to hang out. Loved being able to bring the dogs, too! Great Place!!

Modern and Spacious

Lovely beach house that has a fresh and clean modern look inside! Well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Open floorplan so everyone staying could move around and not be on top of one another.

Great Stay Moms’ Trip with Kids

We had a great stay! The house decor was beautiful and updated, well stocked. There is a great outdoor patio/porch with great seating and breeze in the evening! The hosts checked in with us and made recommendations for the area. The walk to the beach is longer (for kids and all their stuff. That wasn’t a problem once we realized we could park on the beach! The passes are only $10 and you can buy them on the beach! They are good for the whole year. We hope to make this an annual trip!

Perfect location

Overall location was fantastic to beach and stores/restaurants. The house was in great condition. Only issue was bugs. There were ants on the inside in both kitchen and bathrooms. The downstairs area outside was unusable due to the level of mosquitos. Would recommend the property have some sort of repellant process and a way to get rid of ants.

Ocean Pearl Jam :-)

This property is awesome, really nice on the inside and out. And the location/proximity to the beach is good, really a piece of cake walking distance. On the inside of the house, the kitchen and bathrooms are well-equipped with everything you need for your stay. There are also two really cool outdoor areas - one on the house level with solid seating and hang-out space, with the view of the neighborhood and even a little of the ocean in the distance. The other is a great set up outside/below the house for fun and games and again great hang-out space. The owners really spared nothing to ensure this property provides an enjoyable experience - they even included the use of their personal items, like ample chairs, some fun outdoor games (ladder ball, cornhole, etc), and in case needed...extra boogie boards and extra towels. A+ experience!

The house was nice but we had to leave early since we lost internet during the last part of the week. The host sends automatic messages but did not reply to a phone call, txt, or emails. We requested a refund for two nights, but as the host was completely avoiding all channels of communication, we did not hear back. It is a shameful hosting. Absolutely, not recommended

Needs Attention

Our family stayed at the Ocean Pearl for our annual Crystal Beach summer trip. The cabin is in a great location and the host is very nice and responsive. We really liked the layout of the house and the amount of outdoor space to hang out. The closest beach entrance is walking or golf cart access only, but there's a road close by for vehicles. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the cabin. When we got there the floors felt sandy, bed linens were dirty, the cabin smelled of cigarettes, trash and dog poop was left behind on the balconies, and layers of dust and grime on cabinets, baseboards, and windows. The doors and windows still had hand smudges and hair and grime along the bottom panels from previous guests. There were tons of ants on the kitchen counters and in the beds! We spent a lot of time cleaning when we arrived and washing sand from the downstairs area, that should have been done before we checked in. I feel that the photos when booking do not represent current conditions of the cabin. The cabin has great potential but I wouldn't rent this one again due to the lack of attention to cleaning needs.

We have communicated your experience with our cleaning manager and have been assured this won’t happen again. We refunded your cleaning fee when you communicated the issues to us after check-in. I hoped that would go someway towards making up for this issue.

Perfect girls getaway!

We loved staying in this beautiful pristine home! It exceeded expectations! The beds are so comfortable, balconies make for relaxing outdoor enjoyment and was a short walk to the ocean. The owners were immediately responsive, too.
