This highly desirable 2 bedroom/2 bath, 10th floor END UNIT sleeps 6. Enjoy the sunrise with your coffee from the sunroom balcony and the sunset with a cocktail from the living room balcony. Unwind with180° views of downtown Clearwater, Clearwater Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances is situated between the living room and sunroom and features breathtaking waterfront views. The living room features a balcony with views of the Gulf, a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 75-inch smart TV. The sunroom has a balcony overlooking the Bay with views of the sunrise and a reclining loveseat. The coastal inspired master bedroom overlooking the Gulf features a king size bed, access to a covered balcony, and a luxurious private bathroom with a double granite vanity, shower, and soaking tub with breathtaking waterfront views and a large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom overlooking the Bay has two double beds and a large walk-in closet. This bedroom has access to a shared bathroom with a double granite vanity and shower. The spacious condominium includes a full-size washer and dryer. All rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and have firesticks.

We love this condo! The views are amazing! I love watching the boats, parasailing, and jet skiing from the condo and listening to the relaxing sounds of the ocean. You can walk for miles on the white sandy beach. Watching the crimson sunset with cocktails on the balcony is the perfect way to spend the evening. There is so much to do - all within walking distance!! I love the boutique shops on Sand Key and the restaurants too! Clearwater Marina and Pier 60 is a quick 5 minute drive and it is filled with daily and nightly activities. Can you tell I love it here? :-)
