Wake up to the sights, sounds, and freshwater smells of the May River, which is just down the street. This absolutely stunning home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a washer/dryer, and a chef-ready kitchen. Nestled in the heart of Old Town Bluffton this home is just a quick walk or golf cart ride away from shopping, restaurants, historic sites, parks, public docks, the May River boat launch, and more.

Walk and explore Old Town Bluffton or take a short 20 min drive to Hilton Head Beach /Island or 30 min drive to Savannah, Ga. Come stay at our charming BOHO (named for its Bohemian style and decor) in Old Town Bluffton, you will be glad you did. It stays booked so if you see it open, book it.

The Space

The spacious main house boasts four bedrooms with two King Masters with ensuite bathrooms. There are also two other spacious queen size bedrooms in the main home with a shared bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to create insta worthy meals or just a quick snack. Smart Tv's are in every room for streaming pleasure. There is a grill outside and outside seating for those awe inspiring Bluffton sunsets. When it gets dark light the night and keep the fun going around the firepit, Firewood is not provided. Note: The carriage house located on the property is a seperate rental not included with this home. If you would like to rent the entire property that sleeps 10, you need to rent the BOHO Hideaway. Nothing is shared but entrance driveway. There is separate parking carriage house. Come stay at Bluffton BOHO, one of 33 beautiful homes managed by Southern Charm Vacay. We’re here to answer any questions you may have and to help make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

Perfect House

It was a perfect house for 4 on our golf trip to MayRiver. It was clean comfortable and walking distance to the best restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!! Would highly recommen.

Perfect Location for Margaritaville Wedding

We stayed here to attend a family wedding. I wish we had more time to explore Bluffton because it's such a cute area. The home was PERFECT for our crew. Had everything we needed for our short stay. As a preference for our crew, we needed a little less firmness for the beds. If there was a 2" mattress pad, think we would have so been fine.

Golfing trip

Our stay at 14 Lawrence St was a good stay. My brothers and I played 3 rounds of golf that was nearby the home, which made everything very convenient for us. The ONLY issue was trying to unlocking the front door with the code at check-in, but Brandon responded IMMEDIATELY once I contacted him with the issue. Other than that, my brothers and I really enjoyed it all.

Most Enjoyable!

House is in a great location. We were able to walk to dinner each evening and enjoyed biking thru the area right from the house. House was nicely decorated, very clean and all in order. The master bedroom, off kitchen, had a really comfortable bed and liked the double sinks in bath. We didn’t use back patio or fire pit but more a few chairs to front porch for morning coffee. We’d stay here again. 😊

Moving to Bluffton

We are in the process of selling our house in Ohio, we signed a lease 2 months ago for one year so we could take our time and learn the area before we buy. Unfortunately the landlord was not as good as he presented himself to be at our initial meeting. He had not cleaned to house after the previous tenants moved out. It is a nice looking house in a nice neighborhood and we were shocked by the conditions we were expected to live in. We had to scramble to find a new house for rent for our family of 6. During this very stressful time we were grateful to find this wonderful spot (on short notice) very close to a previous VRBO we stayed at. It was a huge help in relieving some of our stress. We prayed for a resolution and God provided one. This very well managed list was part of it.

Beautiful home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your Bluffton home. It was clean and spacious enough for us to enjoy. The pictures are representative of the home and the layout is great. The property is conveniently located and walkable to many local shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place in Olde Town Bluffton with minor deficiencies

Overall it’s a nice place to stay. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and had high quality furnishings, beds, appliances, and sheets and towels. The location was quiet and convenient. There were several minor deficiencies. The driveway is unpaved and was sandy and a little muddy. The backyard was bare dirt and mud. The flooring inside was mostly concrete painted gray. There were 6 room deodorizers plugged into outlets through the house and the scent was overwhelming until they were unplugged and stored away. There was only a slight “old house”smell once the perfume scent dissipated. We enjoyed the stay and have no regrets, but it’s not a luxury accommodation.

Very close to Bluffton center, within walking distance of activities.

House was very comfortable. Well furnished with a complete kitchen access for cooking your own meals if you preferred. Walking distance to the beach.. A very inviting and comfortable setting.
