Large home with large lanai and pool area to enjoy the great view and sunsets. Has all amenities and close to cape Harbor and restaurants and shopping best area of SW Cape Coral . All rooms have TVS and 86 inch in living room. Bedrooms and complete home will have new furnishings in June 2022.large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances. has a large dock to fish off and 2 double Kayaks.

Perfect Home

Property was even better than the pictures! Everything was perfect, and my family had a great time staying here. The property manager was very responsive and was willing to help us with anything we might have needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great time. The house was perfect. Everything we needed. The pool was so nice. The boys loved the kayaks. The property manager was very welcoming.

Fantastic Vacation

Beautiful home. Clean and well maintained. Every amenity we could think of was there. The pool was the best part! Fast Wi-Fi. Great view of the canal. Definitely worth finding a house with the pool facing south - we had sunshine all day. Or we could sit under the patio overhang if we wanted shade. Kayaks were fun. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a few great restaurants and the grocery store. Would definitely stay here again!

Cape Coral Getaway

The property is in a nice area convenient to restaraunts and groceries. There is an initial supply of necessities such as paper towels, and laundry detergent, etc. There are many cooking supplies if you choose to prepare your own meals. The home was clean and well maintained. The local property contact was always available if needed. Getting into the house for the first time was a little tricky but she was a phone call away to help us and we were in right away. The living area is inviting and comfortable. I was disappointed with only 3 things related to this property. The photos show that there is a pool cage. There is not. Therefore, enjoying meals outdoors by the pool is not a pleasant experience due to the many bugs. We also generally like to spend time outdoors in the evenings but couldn't due to mosquitoes and other insects. The local magager did say the cage was scheduled to be replaced in the near future but it would have been nice to know in advance that it wasn't there. Also, the listing says there are TVs in all rooms but there is a room that does not have a TV. Finally, it would be nice to have a book for guests to write in sharing their restaraunt/activity suggestions. This is just a fun thing that I look forward to after staying in so many vrbo's over the years. Overall, this is a great home and I would stay here again if I have the opportunity to return to the area.

Awesome Home & Owner

This home and our experience was awesome. We were informed of the home’s status after Hurricane Ian and were blessed to know that it was fine. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner. The home truly had everything we needed for our stay… except for food (😊). During our stay there were even contractors at the home and around the area doing cleanup and repairs, but they were worked quietly and respectful. So they didn’t disturb our enjoyment at all. I’ll definitely rent from this owner again!

My wife and I own 6 vacation rentals in Cape Coral and Fort Meyers also in California. I have been in the business for 15 years and feel cape Coral and Fort Meyers has the best weather conditions and isnt crowded like other parts of florida.
