ABOUT THE BUNGALOW

Arrive ready to relax at this beautifully remodeled bungalow. Enjoy the fresh coastal air on a paver-stone patio, complete with a grill, alfresco dining for four, and a custom outdoor shower. Fans for cooling located in cottage closet.

Inside, enjoy good company and conversation in the quaint living room, appointed with a fireplace and antique furnishings.

Whip up home-cooked meals in the state-of-the-art kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops, a dual sink, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a five-burner gas range and French-door fridge. Gather for meals in the dining area, where a modern chandelier hangs above a table with seating for six.

BED & BATH

This single-level bungalow sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms.

Sleep soundly on a queen-size bed in the tranquil master bedroom, featuring white wicker furnishings and tasteful beach decor in light coastal hues.

In the second bedroom, drift off to sleep in two twin beds with wicker headboards and matching chests. Sunlight pours through patio doors in the third bedroom, where a 48in flat-screen TV invites you to watch your favorite shows from a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The pristine bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a portable crib, and a washer/dryer. Parking is provided for two vehicles in the driveway; street parking is not permitted.

The City of Ventura requires a minimum stay of seven nights for all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August.

Hop on the free trolley to explore Ventura Harbor and downtown, or plan a day trip to Ojai (15 minutes) and Santa Barbara (30 minutes).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
