Newly renovated from top to bottom! Brand new wood look tile flooring, new ceiling and ceiling fans, new AC unit, the whole condo is freshly painted, new stairs, etc... 2 Story Condo in the HIGHLY desirable Pelican. Sleeps up to 6. Every amenity you could want for you and your family. Enjoy the Pelicans flying right by the balcony as you sip your coffee and enjoy the ocean views. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night in your brand-new top floor master bedroom suite (no upstairs neighbors!) Both bedrooms are upstairs, each have their own shiny new bathrooms and walk in showers. All linens and towels are there for you to use as well as some bathroom essentials.
Fully stocked kitchen with anything anyone could need or want at the beach. Brand new granite, appliances, dishes, towels, etc.. Living room has a big screen smart tv with cable and separate stereo speakers (internet is also provided). The new furniture in the living room boasts two super comfy leather reclining chairs and a pullout queen size couch. There is also a dining table with four chairs and chairs at the kitchen bar as well. The unit is stocked with many games and puzzles for your enjoyment as well as beach chairs, toys, and beach essentials. Both floors are ocean front with 2 different balconies, walk right out to the world famous New Smyrna beach right from your pool deck, two ocean front pools ( one heated), outdoor propane grills, shuffleboard, and plenty of outdoor oceanfront seating with umbrellas! Walking distance to Flagler Ave where you will find the most adorable local shops and restaurants. Family owned.

This is our 5th time staying in this condo. As always the unit is clean and ready for our arrival for our girls trip. Brandi is always available if needed. The view from the balcony is superb and if you’re lucky you’ll see many pelican’s flying by early in the morning and also later in the day. The pictures of this unit don’t lie it’s perfect for your beach trip.

Wonderful Stay

Condo was absolutely gorgeous and had everything you could think of to need. It truely felt like home. Everything was as pictured and Brandi was so easy to work with. She was so helpful with all the information she provided. Would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in the area.

We had an amazing stay in this condo. The location right on the beach was wonderful! It was so easy to just take the elevator down to enjoy the 2 pools and beach. The condo was well-appointed and had everything we needed.

This is the second time our family has stayed at this condo. It is absolutely wonderful! The views are incredible, the furniture and decor are beautiful, and the pools were awesome! The owner has great communication, and has provided everything needed for an awesome beach vacation! I highly recommend this condo, and we will be staying there again!

GREAT TOWNHOUSE AND LOCATION

Girls trip

Look no further if you want a beautiful place to stay with the perfect location. This is it! The kitchen is well stocked. My girlfriends and I love this condo which is why it’s our third stay and we’re headed back in October. Plenty of room for hanging out relaxing or sitting out on the balcony enjoying the incredible view. Watch out for the daily visits from the pelicans. And you are only a quick walk down to the beach or pool. The host Brandi is on top of communication so no worries there. Condo is nicely decorated and clean. 10 out of 10The host Brandi is on top of communication.

Great place to stay!

We came here after my daughter played in a volleyball tournament and it was perfect. It is just as advertised and we had a great view of the ocean. Having two floors, with bedrooms upstairs, also worked well for us. We plan to come back next year.

Amazing!!

This property was one of the best we've stayed in! It was very clean, great decor, wonderful view of the ocean, plently of space and had everything we needed for our beach vacation (beach towels, cooler, beach bag, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys). I loved that the bedrooms were upstairs for the early to bed/early risers. We would definitely stay here again!
