This condo is the place to be for your Cabo Vacation! Escape to the panoramic ocean views & breezes of this recently remodeled and private condo at Terrasol. The condo has everything you need to relax, sit back, enjoy a margarita, and create great memories on your next Cabo vacation.

This unit has a large patio off the living room and master bedroom with a unique fire pit and unparalleled ocean views. This is one of the few ground-level patio oceanfront units, which means instant "door-to-sand" access. The unit is just steps away from the pool, palapa restaurant, and swim up bar where you can have a great breakfast, lunch or cocktail with wonderful service. The unit is spacious and well supplied.

The unit is completely remodeled. Remote controlled air-conditioning units and TVs with Roku streaming service are in every room. You can access Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services with your accounts. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances. Step out of the master bedroom and living areas to the private patio with a unique fire pit and unbeatable ocean views. The unit has two king size beds, a queen size air mattress. The unit is 1463 square feet (1963 square feet including the patio).

This unit is located in the exclusive, gated Terrasol community. Terrasol is easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the marina. Solmar is a no-swim beach.

Housekeeping and Terrasol’s nightly fee are included so you will not have to pay these fees at checkout.
Terrasol charges $5 per day for parking.
There is an outdoor security camera by the front door and another one on the back patio. They help us monitor the condo in between guests. We turn them off while the condo is occupied.

Amazing Property and Location

Couldn’t be happier. Second year in a row. Access to hotels nearby but spent most of the time at the pool with swim up bar. Prices are very good, will come back again

Great location and super responsive host

Great location and our host was fantastic. Unit is exactly as pictured. We had little kids with us and needed extra blankets our host ordered them and had them delivered. Would def stay again!

Worth every penny!

This condo is right on the beach with an unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean surf. It’s nicely designed and quiet except for the ocean waves - and who doesn’t like those waves. It’s a bit of a walk down from the drop off point for the condos to the unit, but it’s pleasant. It’s very close to the swimming pool. All in all, a great spot for some nights.

Amazing place in a great location!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, equipped nice with a great view of the ocean and wale watching. The tiki hut bar next door was very inexpensive with good food. The location to the marina was great for easy access to restaurants or any activities you would like. We will definitely return to Cabo and look to re-book this exact unit.

Location! Location! Location!

As you can tell by the title of my review, the location of this property- directly ON THE BEACH, is AMAZING! And another positive is that it’s essentially a private beach, so there’s no one hounding you to buy/donate/give/etc… if you walk 10 feet down Medano Beach or the Marina you’ll see what I mean. I’m an explorer, I like to go everywhere and see everything when I visit somewhere. But you could stay at this condo and never leave! Watch whales from the patio! I saw so many it became almost mundane… in January, btw. The unit itself is updated and clean. The front desk is sooo helpful! The ONLY negative I can think of is that it’s pretty far from the parking lot. But Terrasol has a golf cart that they will gladly take you to/from the unit. We only used it when we had groceries or luggage to tote, but they said don’t hesitate to ask. If we ever come back to Cabo, we would gladly stay here again.

PEACEFUL PARADISE

I can't say enough amazing things about our stay. Everything was easy from the time we checked in until we had to leave. The property is simply breathtaking and looks exactly as the photos. Gorgeous! The pool was perfect with a swim up bar/restaurant and the food was delicious. Everything is walking distance from shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Wished we rented a vehicle, definitely next time. There are round the clock cabs at the front of the property, I found it more expensive vs a rental. It was the perfect family vacation for my kids and me. Felt very safe! It exceeded my expectations. My oldest son was so impressed with the property, he will be staying here with his girlfriend in near future. I recommend 7 night stay, 5 night felt short for us. Til next time!

Excellent visit!

We had a beautiful week in Los Cabos and in this unit. We woke in the morning and could see whales from the deck, and the unit was a beautiful home base for exploring the area. We would recommend this unit to anyone who wants a relaxing and luxurious place to stay!

Whale Viewing from the Patio

If you like to wake up and have your coffee while watching the whales pass by- this is the place! Step right onto the beach, located steps from the pool and swim up bar, Terrasol is a great location on the pacific side. Condo is open, modern and comfortable. We had an incredible time!

Best place to quietly/comfortably celebrate my 50th!

My husband, daughter, dad, stepmom and niece all stayed in the condo the week before xmas and it was wonderful. The view and condo were spectacular. Beautifully designed condo with high quality finishes. It was super clean and the owners were super easy to communicate with. The staff at the property was fantastic too! The bar/food at the pool was super laid back and wonderful. We will really miss the people that work there as we felt like they became new friends. We hope to get back soon. It was our first time staying in the area of Cabo and we would definitely return. We do not prefer to be near the craziness of the marina/tourist area and this location was perfect and felt much more quiet and peaceful. We have been coming to San Jose del Cabo since 2013 for the week before xmas and we are so glad we tried this condo this trip. Thank you for having such a wonderfully equipped place for us to enjoy!

Awesome Stay!

5 star rating for sure - the pic of the walk out patio to the beach deck sells this place for sure - and it's awesome. I always like to add some commentary I wish I'd known prior to showing up that's not necessarily in the description or comments so.... - The beds are VERY firm. I mean like...laying on a dining room table firm. A couple soft toppers would go a long way. Also, only 2 pillows (also very firm) per bed. - There are 2 pools on the property - one (with the swim up bar) is literally 30 paces from the front door. We didn't eat there a lot - but the food was good. The other pool is also nice with a much better chair orientation to the ocean for getting some sun. - We went to both resorts on either side for pool/food action. El Tejeban at Solomar was not great at all. We went for dinner once and never went back. The Playa Grande resort is much better. The pool was fantastic with an awesome swim up bar and great service. - Great location - easy walk (10 mins or so) down to the marina area. A little bit of shopping there but we found Uber was easy to get and fast. I don't think we ever waited longer than 5 mins for our car to arrive and from the resort it was $4-5 USD to get into the main part of the town near the marina. - The outdoor patio area doesn't really have any shade (an umbrella would be nice) so it's getting hammered with sun for most of the day into the early afternoon before you get some natural shade - not sure if anyone mentioned it already - but you can't get into the water on this beach. Highly recommend walking to the marina and getting a water taxi over to Lover's beach. Should be about $20 each way. -kitchen was well enough stocked to cook breakfast stuff which was all we needed it for. Plenty of glasses and silverware. -maybe worth mentioning that the 2nd bedroom doesn't have an en suite bathroom - it's more like the 'shared' bathroom for the unit that's accessible from the living area. It's nice but only has a shower. The only tub is the one in the pictures that's inside the shower in the master.

Perfect stay at Terrasol

We had a perfect stay at Jeff’s Terrasol condo. The location was great, the property staff were lovely and helpful, and the condo itself was amazing. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset every day on the beach steps off the back patio. We were even able to spot whales while relaxing on the patio. The restaurant & pool onsite were great to have access to as well as the neighboring resort’s restaurant and spa. We were able to easily walk to the Marina and other parts of the area for different excursions, activities, and restaurants though it was hard to leave the beautiful condo and its beautiful view of the pacific!

This is a very nice remodeled condo on the beach. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the patio. My family loved this condo.

Lovely condo, steps from the sand with a great view of the pounding Pacific. Very modern and clean, well appointed with everything you’ll need. People at Terrasol are very friendly and helpful. They arranged a ride for us to the airport. Highly recommend this unit! Thank you!

Perfect Getaway

This property is top tier and exactly what I had in mind when I planned this getaway to Cabo. The unit is modern, clean, and perfectly located on the beach. I woke up to crashing waves while having my morning coffee and fell asleep to crashing waves that put me in the deepest slumber. Thank you for sharing this gem, and I will stay here again!

Beautiful Terrasol Condo

I have been going to Cabo for close to 20 years and have stayed at Terrasol. I am familiar with many different units on the property. This unit is the best I have been in including my inlaws former unit a couple doors down. Beautiful remodel, great back patio on the beach, and a great location on the property make this unit the one of the best if not the best in Terrasol. The only down side is that now my wife doesn't want to stay in any other unit!

We first rented a unit in Terrasol when our kids were 4 and 7 years old. We loved Terrasol because is was beautiful and quiet. We have stayed in other places over the years where we had to wake up early to save chairs by the pool. At Terrasol there were no crowds, no timeshare sales and there was a great little palapa restaurant with a swim-up bar with inexpensive food and drinks and a friendly staff. When we had a chance, we jumped at the opportunity to buy a unit.

We are from Colorado and have lived in California and Nevada as well. Usually when we leave to visit Terrasol, we are driving through snow to get to the airport, and then changing into shorts as soon as we land.

Although we are new to Terrasol, we have already had an opportunity to see whales cresting from our back patio while we were having afternoon cocktails. Many of the people at Terrasol are actually owners who live there for most of the year and we have been amazed at how friendly and helpful everyone is.

We love the back patio opening right to the beach. At night we like to sit out by the patio fireplace and listen to the waves.

Our condo is on the front row in Terrasol, so there are no other condos between ours and the ocean. Our condo is newly renovated, well stocked, and is just steps to the pool and palapa bar.
