NEWLY RENOVATED! This 4 bedroom house is centrally located a couple blocks from Route 28 in scenic Harwich Port. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the Harwich Port's Main Street and 5 minutes from beautiful Nantucket Sound beaches and equipped with all the essentials for a serene getaway. Walk to mini-golf, ice-cream, restaurants, go-carts and the grocery store! Hop on your bikes and head to the beach or the Cape Cod rail trail.

During the months of July and August, our home is rented weekly from Sunday to Sunday.

Complete the perfect day relaxing on the beach admiring the sunset, or with a BBQ dinner on the patio followed by campfire s’mores under the starry night.

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is fully supplied with all the basic essentials to make you feel right at home.
Upon stepping inside, you will immediately notice the bright and open layout complimented by the hardwood floors throughout. The spacious living room consists of a black brick fireplace, ceiling mounted Smart TV with premium cable, comfortable seating, and a kitchen table for a quiet morning breakfast.

Kitchen features include beautiful stone countertops, new stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave, oven), a Keurig with K-Cups provided, and everything you need to prepare, cook and eat your family meals! Enjoy them in the formal dining room, kitchen table, living room table, or on the outside deck.

Step out the kitchen door and onto the deck where you will find the perfect place to BBQ with a gas-powered grill, cushioned seating, and a large private backyard (not fully fenced). Heading down the deck stairs is a private outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, hammock for sunbathing, and firepit with seating to enjoy campfire s'mores or an evening chatting with friends!

The main floor bedroom can sleep 2-3 people and has a full-size bed with a twin trundle and love seat couch. Upstairs you will find the fully stocked full bathroom with a shower/tub and dual vanity sink, 3 additional bedrooms, and a workstation with an extra monitor and printer. The large primary bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, and dresser. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed with a dresser, and the third guest bedroom contains a full bed, desk and a dresser.

Other amenities include premium fast Wi-Fi service, a smart lock for easy self check-in, window A/C units in the bedrooms and a washer and dryer in the basement. Sheets, bath towels and beach towels are provided to all guests at no extra cost. The upstairs includes a workstation with extra monitor and printer. A washer/dryer and detergent are available for use in the basement.

Dogs and cats under 50 pounds are welcome for an additional $50 per night fee.
