Welcome to your home away from home in Pullman — the perfect spot for WSU game days, graduation weekends, family visits, or a peaceful retreat to the Palouse.

This quiet, spacious basement-level apartment is located in one of Pullman’s most desirable neighborhoods. From several vantage points, you’ll enjoy sweeping views of Washington State University — so close it feels like you're right on campus — and on clear days, a stunning glimpse of Moscow Mountain.

Originally owned by our family, this space has been thoughtfully maintained and is ideal for short-term stays. The location is unbeatable: calm and residential, yet just minutes from campus and downtown.

The unit includes a compact but efficient kitchen, featuring:

Heated tile floor in kitchen (on during late fall until mid-Spring)

Mini-fridge

Keurig coffee maker

Double hot plate

Air fryer

Seasonal gas fireplace

Outdoor gas grill (though many opt to enjoy Pullman's local restaurants)

The main living area includes:

A TV with various streaming options

Blu-ray player with small movie selection

Fast, reliable Wi-Fi for streaming, remote work, or staying connected

Large desk from which to do remote work.

One private bedroom with a king-sized bed

Murphy bed in the living area (can put down or keep up)

This place was exceptionally clean and comfortable to stay in. The accommodations were quite lovely. We had a good time hanging out in the space and all of the beds were comfortable to sleep in. Check in and check out were very easy, we appreciated our host very much.

What a cute place to stay with a convenient location and lovely view. Chappy made sure we had everything we needed. The patio out back was perfect for cool evenings. Quiet rental and perfect for family time while taking our student to WSU. Go Cougs!

Brandon is the best host ever! He made us feel right at home. From the treats and goodies to the personalized welcome letter - it was awesome and little things like that make a huge difference! The place was way cheaper than staying at a hotel and it was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood and a few minutes away from everything. Check out was super low key. We will definitely come back the nest time we are up in Pullman! Thanks again!

Excellent Pullman Location

Everything about this property was as advertised if not better. The proximity to campus was great with lots of nearby amenities. The unit was spacious, clean and very accommodating. The owner was super responsive and friendly. Definitely planning on coming back to this location again.

Clean, spacious and in a great location

We loved this place during WSU freshman move in. Chappy was great support with all sorts of timely information on restaurants, parking etc. It’s a short walk to campus and very near all the Pullman shopping and dining. The place itself was immaculate and spacious. Very comfortable and clean. And outfitted with all the kit to make meals and really feel at home. Great stay!

Pullman's Best Accommodation!

This property is extremely comfortable, clean and well-situated. The host family is incredibly friendly and kind, and they made the whole rental process easy and enjoyable. "The Dugout" is very roomy/spacious and will be a great place for a family to share for vacation or special events in Pullman, and the price won't break the bank. 10/10 - Highly Recommend!

Very nice unit with lots of room to spread out. King bed in bedroom is always a plus for me. Enjoyed the fireplace too. I also like that they do the dishes for you to ensure proper sanitation. Nice owner/manager who was very communicative.

Amazing place!

This was such a great find! The host is super friendly and very helpful. The place was so cute and cozy! It had everything we needed for a weekend in Pullman. The beds were very comfortable and the place was quite which I wasn't expecting since it was a basement. It's in a great neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place! I can't wait to come back and stay again.

What a wonderful place!

What a wonderful rental. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and was really comfortable for our group. Being so close to WSU was perfect. It's a nice walk to campus or easy to get a Lyft to games The check-in and out processes were easy, and the owners were quick to respond to messages and questions. Absolutely fantastic! The host is beyond friendly and helpful! So many thoughtful additions- There is a great welcome binder that was very informative, stocked with everything you could need for a great weekend. Perfect place for Couch football and a walk down memory lane!

Cannot say enough great things about this property! First and most amazing of all are the hosts!! There is a pheonemal welcome binder has absolutely everything you could ever need and then some! And the hosts even left us some delectable charcuterie and cheeses to welcome us to their home. They were just absolutely incredible from the first contact and throughout the entire stay! They checked in with us to be sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, gave excellent directions to the house, and offered great suggestions for local businesses, but also gave us plenty of privacy. The first thing you notice when you walk into the place is that is truly feels like home! The unit itself is a beautiful basement area that is spacious, cozy and very easy to access. Comfy couches and recliners (and even an exercise bike!) and a large TV with streaminh apps for love game coverage. The beds were incredibly comfy and the unit was absolutely spotless withore than enough towels (we had four adults and the one bathroom worked great)! Truly felt like we were staying with family but without any of the drama! The neighborhood is quiet, easy to navigate and very walkable to campus and even nearby hot spots like the WSU gear store and Birch & Barley restaurant! Absolutely recommend this place and the hosts, hoping to make our visit an annual event now that we've found our home away from home! Go COUGS!

We had the most wonderful stay for WSU Fall Family Weekend. This was the perfect place to stay, truly a home away from home. The host thought of everything and the home was so warm and inviting.
