First floor condo on the west side of Phoenix just on the outside of the 101 loop. (We border Avondale to our south side, Glendale to our north, and Goodyear to our west ) close to 5 spring training stadiums and Cardinals football stadium.

2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 King and 1 Queen sized beds on the ground floor with a private entrance and a patio.
Desert Breeze Condominium is a convenient gated community 5 minutes from Cardinals State Farm Football Stadium.
Community amenities are Heated pool with hot tub, outdoor community gas grills, fitness room.
Condo has highspeed internet included

9 foot ceilings make it feel very spacious.
sofa, dining room table and 4 chairs, 2 bar stools, towels, pool towels, sheets, Keurig coffee maker, dressers, bed frames, night stands, tv stand, and rugs.
Laundry is fully equipped and up to date.
Shower/tub combo in both bathrooms.

Desert Breeze Condos are very convenient to several sports venues , shopping and the new Vai resort /venue. Located close to Loop 101 at Indian School Rd on the West side of Phoenix. Only 2.5 miles from the Dodgers and White Sox Camelback Ranch Spring Training facility.

Only 4 miles from Westgate shopping center and the Cardinals Stadium! Lots of restaurants and shopping to choose from including the Tanger Outlets

Great condo

Condo was great, clean, awesome location, super pool area, in suite laundry, large kitchen, etc. All in all it was wonderful. The VRBO ad states 2 king beds, but the one bed was a queen. That was a bit disappointing. Other than that, it was perfect.

Great Stay at Desert Breeze

We’ve stayed at the Desert Breeze Villas the past five years, each being special for its own reasons, but our 2025 stay ranks at the top. Easy to understand directions, a condo ready for its next occupants, a comfortable bed and great hosts. The people and the facilities are top-notch.

Great place to stay!

This was a very nice place to stay! It’s convenient and close to shopping and amenities. The condo was nice, comfortable and very clean. We had all of the conveniences of home, including the washer and dryer, which definitely came in handy during our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location!

This condo is in a location that was close to most of the places I needed to go. It was only 20 minutes from the airport and close to most of the locations where my daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren lived. The pool was a good size and was a great amenity for both my adult grandkids and their kids. We had a BBQ using one of the the four grills at each corner of the pool. The owner had stocked the condo with extra linens, including pool towels, that came in handy, making it easier for us to spend quality time together. My interactions with the owner were excellent. Jeff was very helpful and accommodating. He was a pleasure to work with.

We have stayed at Dessert Breeze before and love the location. The condo was a main floor unit which we really enjoyed. We overall had a good time but there were just a couple of things I would suggest that would make it better. 1) the television got only one local channel and the rest were old movie channels. No national channels, Hallmark, etc. 2) the kitchen chairs could use a good cleaning or maybe new cushions. 3) the living room furniture although looks comfortable was not at all and could use a good cleaning also. 4) the dishwasher was difficult to turn off and on. Overall we loved our stay but the condo could use just a few changes. The owner was easy to work with. When we arrived the fob needed to access the pool area was gone and he had it replaced very quickly.

Spring Training Trip 2023

Went down for a week of baseball and sunshine...perfect location for traveling to Goodyear Complex and surrounding stadiums...condo stocked with odds and ends that made the stay hassle free...would book again

Perfect for Baseball Spring Training (and anything else)

The clean, modern look and the accommodations of this spacious 2-bedroom VRBO were exactly what my wife and I were looking for. It was centrally located for the drives we need to make to three Spring Training ballparks. The gated grounds gave us a feeling of security and it was nice to be able to count on an assigned parking space right outside the front door when we returned from exploring during the day. We used the full, modern kitchen for breakfasts, the couch in the seating area for reading in the evening, the great-room table for card games - and the outside porch to catch some sun and for Zoom calls with family when the days were warm (this was late Feb./early March). The WIFI was strong enough to reach everywhere. The bedrooms had comfortable large beds, plenty of outlets and storage space. We used the bedroom that had an attached, bathroom - though the other bedroom and the second full bath were spacious and modern as well. The owner/manager was very responsive to messaging using the VRBO app, answering all questions we had prior to our arrival. We were so impressed that if we travel again from Ohio to Phoenix next spring, we will be checking first with this property to see if it is available before looking elsewhere.

Clean Neat Safe Quiet Get Away

Golf trip to Phoenix

This rental was as advertised and in the exact area we wanted to stay. One very minor comment that the second bedroom contained two twin beds put together to make a king. My roommate found that uncomfortable as he would sink into the middle portion of the bed where the two twin mattresses joined. Suggestion is to replace the two twin mattresses with one king mattress. Aside from that the rental was great.
