Love this place!

This is the second time staying in this complex, and this particular unit was fantastic! We felt very much “at home”, in the comfortable, safe area. This pool area is wayyy above all others we have stayed at. We will recommend it to everyone!!

Snowbird retreat

We stayed 5 weeks at our wonderful condo,it was very homey and comfortable. Great location in our gated community. Pool and grounds very nice. We enjoyed how close we were to many areas of Phoenix. Host and hostess were great. On 1st floor which was a plus for us.

Great community

Condo was very comfortable, but the patio was small. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub area and met a lot of great people who were either owners or repeat visitors.

Phoenix visit

3 small issues we had 2 that are out of your control. There are loud cars going in and out of the complex at all hours. We could also hear the neighbor upstairs walking around quite clearly. The keys did not work for the front gate to allow someone to go out for a walk. Had to use the fob and auto gate. Overall the condo was very nice and comfortable. Some of the decor and curtains could use updating. Rod H

USA 16 U championships

This was a wonderful place to stay for a week. We were close to all of the Baseball complexes. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. The condo is very comfortable and clean. Also very well stocked of everything you would need to be away from home for a week. Only negative would be the channel selection on the cable tv. We did enjoy keeping up with all of our favorite shows from the 70s. All and all a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back.

Cleanliness, convenience and comfort

My husband and I loved staying here. Bob and Linda were wonderful host and I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for making our three month stay so enjoyable. The community heated pool and hot tub also helped to make our stay just perfect.

Wonderful!

The owners made us feel so welcome with all the extras. The condo was clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool. Great location being freeway close and near several restaurants and a grocery store. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

2nd visit to this property

If your planning to come to and work downtown or just coming to watch the Cardinals play this is a great place to stay. I’ve spent a couple weeks here and the area has great shopping and dinning. It’s easy to get anywhere!

Baseball Trip During Covid

Upon arrival super easy to get in, make sure you print and read all documents they send you so you know how to get in the gate and door and not scramble like me. The place was not super clean, it was glossed over. Kitchen floor was dirty, bathroom sink had hair in it and on bathroom counter as if someone shaved. The other bathroom sink had dirt on it. Mentioned this to them and they said they had heard this complaint before and are looking at a different cleaning service. I would say it needs a deep cleaning because there is a lot of dirt behind a chair when I was looking for something. The light was burned out in the bathroom where the shower is and I mentioned this to the renters and they came by to replace it without me asking them to which was very nice! Without that, I was not able to see in the shower. Gates stopped working to exit and enter the facility, some men opened them for everyone and maintenance fixed the gates the next day. I loved having laundry 🧺 it was so useful while on our trip. It was the perfect amount of space for three of us to use. The renters were awesome at any help they could provide. The only thing that was frustrating is two days in ,they closed the pool. I was here for nine days and only had a pool for 2 days. I actually rented a place for the last day so my daughter and I didn’t have to sit around and not enjoy a pool. Overall this place would have been much better having access to a pool and a more thorough cleaning. Other pools were left open at other Airbnb’s so do your research during Covid or you’ll be frustrated. It had everything we needed though and easy access to stores, gas, food, and freeway access. Thank you very much for your help during our stay!

Very Nice Club House for our Spring Training stay

Excellent home for spring training. Excellent unit with great landlords. Close to clubhouse pool/spa. Fry’s and Starbucks close too.

Property was very nice. Very clean and had all the extras to make the stay easy. Had trouble with the tv and property manager came over immediately and corrected the problem. Will stay here again.

Great get-away

We had a wonderful time! We liked the complex. It was clean, inviting and has a great location close to shopping, restaurants and golf. The owner was friendly and communicated with us and we would stay there again.

Another great time!

This was the second time we’ve spent the holiday at this property. Both time were great. Dealing with Linda and Bob was fantastic and it’s a true home away from home. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Outstanding!

Having stayed at many VRBO locations in the past I can easily say this was the best of the all! Great layout, lots of room with the two beds and two baths. This would be great for a family or two couples. Everything was new and worked well. The pantry was stocked well with simple necessities. The location was safe, secure, the pool and hot tub were as advertised. The owners were super easy to work with and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Not only will we be back but I would suggest this condo to anyone planning a trip to the Glendale area.
