Cozy Blue House in the hub of NE Minneapolis. A home away from home

Tranquil and quiet, located in the NE Minneapolis. It is an excellent place to rest and recharge. Comfortable and relaxed family home. Fully equipped kitchen. It is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a lot more. No smoking of any kind inside the premises. We have put in place extra sanitizing and cleaning protocol bases Airbnb recommendations.

THE SPACE:

This is a quiet, comfortable home in the hub of NE Minneapolis.
*WiFi
*Smart TV works with your Netflix, Roku, Hulu and YouTube TV accounts
*dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, full fridge, toaster, coffee and etc
*fully equipped kitchen
*washer and dryer (available to longer stay guests)

Please pull up close to the garage. Front door with keypad faces Polk St.

The host was great to work with. Super responsive. Parking is plentiful at the house and street parking is also available. The neighborhood is nice but the next door neighbors were very loud, very late both nights we were there. No fault of the host. Just mentioning it so future guests can plan accordingly. The house itself is mostly fine on the main floor. There were leftover beverages in the refrigerator when we arrived. The bathroom rugs needed to be washed. The comforter in the main bedroom downstairs smelled awful. The biggest issue I had with the house was the unfinished basement that wasn’t mentioned on VRBO. It was just creepy and I didn’t sleep well either night we were there. I probably wouldn’t stay here again just for that reason. Overall, nice neighborhood, decent house, great hosts.

The rooms were clean and the host was very responsive. However, the front left window had broken glass a wooden board covering it. Being so close to the city, this worried myself and the other guests, we are not from the area. The front, side, and backyard grass were also overgrown & we did not end up using the two beds upstairs because it was far too hot to even stand up there for more than a few minutes.

Great for all ages

Had a high chair and play pin for my 6 month nephew already set up and plenty of space for the rest of us. Really close to plenty of coffee shops and restaurants and not a far drive from downtown.

Comfortable and convenient

This house was perfect for our stay. The hosts provided all the needed information. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. They had filters for the coffee maker. They had a blow dryer in the bathroom. They were very thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I contacted the host once for an issue and they were very responsive and helpful. The home is within walking distance to many restaurants. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to our hosts for offering such a comfortable home in a great location!

Bigger then expected

Do not let this houses outside appearance fool you. There is soo much room in this house to fit everyone. The owners have done an amazing job with utilizing all available space and have it look amazing and accommodating for its guests.

Family Vacation to Minneapolis

We had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as advertised and very comfortably fit our family of 6. We enjoyed the character of the neighbourhood and spent some time the bridges across the river and took public transit to a Twins game. I highly recommend this house!

Little blue stay

Just enough for our framily vacation. Clean, we parked in the driveway and we had plenty of fans suplied by the owner. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and everything was withing 10-15 minutes away. Not enough towels and the wish the backyard was more inviting

Pleasant stay

A very pleasant stay. The outside needed a little more TLC and the big tree that hangs over the house looked dangerous . I would not want to stay there in a storm.

Cute home but I had concerns

Overall, the home was cute and cozy. However, the kitchen was unclean when we arrived. There was old and stale coffee in the maker and spoiled food in the fridge. The washer and dyer were out of order, so the advertising was misleading. There was no washer and dyer for use. I would advise against ordering packages for delivery, as ours were stolen. The owner was nice enough to check the cameras but reported that the theif was not caught on camera. Other than theft, the neighborhood seemed nice and quiet. It was a really cozy home.

Cold but comfortable

When we arrived we found the heat didn’t work. The owner was very apologetic and dropped off2 small space heaters at midnight. He eventually came back the following morning to fix it. The house was clean and comfortable. Great location for u of m parents.

Great get-a-way

The family had a great time, taking in all of the sites of Minnesota. This house , and its host, we’re great! The property was clean, and the hosts communicated well. The location of the property was near major roads to aid in getting around town.
