This smoke-free condo boasts ocean and golf course views from both lanais. Beautiful furnishings and completely remodeled with upper end appliances and reverse osmosis water filtration. This split level unit offers vaulted ceilings, a spacious kitchen and living area with a large lanai. Downstairs there is a freshly remodeled bathroom, an extra-large master bedroom with office area and private lanai. Internet service provided. Ocean breezes and tropical landscape complete this island retreat. Keauhou Resort amenities include: 2 salt water pools, BBQ grills for guests and individual parking for each unit right next to the front door (no lugging baggage and groceries through the parking lot). This ideal location is a stones throw from historic Keauhou Bay renowned for snorkeling, manta ray swims, and ocean excursions, the birthplace of King Kamehameha III and right next to the Kona Country Club (public golf course). Holua Racquet & Paddle (home of the Hawaii Cup) is just 1 mile from the condo, with 16 dedicated pickle ball courts, 6 dedicated tennis courts and 2/4 multi-use teaching courts.  Keauhou also offers its own shopping center filled with restaurants, a movie theater, grocery store, farmer's markets, bank, post office and shopping.  The bay,  shopping center and pickle ball courts are within walking distance.  • Oceanview Location• Residential Location• Walk to restaurants & stores• Golfing, Swimming, Snorkeling & Surfing Nearby• Pool and children's pool

We loved our time in Kona and our stay at Aloha Condos. The accommodations were exactly as listed very clean, fully equipped with all the necessities need for our vacation. It was in a great location and had a beautiful view. Susie was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommended this condo as a place to stay while in Kona.

Big Island Paradise

The condo was the perfect, quiet, safe place for our time on the Big Island. The sunsets are spectacular from the balcony. The condo has everything you might need and is extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

A Slice of Paradise!!!

A delightful stay! Truly a Gem! Location fantastic! The condo is decorated with very tastefully , a level above the normal rental. We would come back in a minute and highly recommend to it. So very well done in a beautiful setting. We would love to come back!!!!

Great Stay

Of the 4 other places we've stayed on the island - this was the best. Good time of year for us - low season-, not too many people. i would come again here. We were at this complex in 1989, great renovation.

We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay so very much. Kim and Susie were great hosts. If you want someplace where you can relax - this is the place. It is a great location - you can walk to the grocery store and many restaurants and the bay is right there - just walk down the hill. The view is awesome. We can't wait to come back.

Great 1 bedroom

This was a really clean spotless One bedroom condo. The location was close to Keahou Shopping Center, so convenient. The unit has been renovated and well stocked. Every detail has been looked after. Clean, quaint and quiet. A wonderful stay, would highly recommend.

Peace and Tranquillity

My wife and I enjoyed a week stay in November. The home is very clean and spacious with bedroom on the bottom floor. Top floor spacious living area with a fabulous large patio with ocean views over the lush green canopy of trees. Pool area very nice and also very quiet. 2-3 beaches nearby with magic sands being are favourite which is a nice 35 min walk or short drive. Grocery store is a 10 min walk and Kona restaurants a 15 min drive. Susie was very responsive and we will be back again next year.

Great Keauhou Condo

Fabulous townhouse condo nicely updated in immaculate condition. A/C upstairs and down, we only used the a/c at night downstairs. Great ocean view from main gloor.

Very wonderfull home to rent, fully equiped (cookware, washing machine & dryer, AC in the living room and the bedroom, wonderfull view and really clean. The place is very safe and very very quiet. I’ll be back !! (To have a Car is necessary)

Loved it!

Everything about this condo was amazing. It was recently tastefully renovated and felt like home from the minute we walked in. The place was spotless, the appliances new (high-end European appliances), the furniture clean and comfortable. The condo’s layout is as beautiful as it’s design and decorations. For two people it is very spacious. The 2 large lanais had great views and were the perfect spot to live Aloha! Communication with property manager/owner was great as well. We’d love to stay again and

Bugs and frogs

Here are the good parts: The view was spectacular. The sunsets we saw were amazing. The couch was very comfortable The bed was comfortable The kitchen had just about everything you would need/want. It was missing sugar. The lanai furniture was nice The screened porch was nice Appreciated the washer and dryer Kitchen was nicely updated The pools were great All beach supplies were provided...chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkle gear The geckos - we loved them Here are the cons: Not the fault of the owner, but we couldn't sleep for three nights because of a coqui frog in the tree by the front door. It was awful. So loud. So constant. We spoke with the neighbor about it. She said they were a problem. She had already gotten one and disposed of it. She called the exterminator. Massive brown spider in our towel in the bathroom. Cockroaches upstairs every night Ants in the kitchen (Owner came and left ant bait and spray...told us "it is the tropics" Uh... I know that, but I paid thousands to stay there and expected it to be bug-free) Disgusting, humongous flying roach ruined our dinner on the lanai These critters made me a nervous wreck the entire time. I was always looking around and where I stepped. I looked over every inch of the bathroom every time I used it. We stopped eating dinner on the lanai after that roach ruined our dinner. Next door neighbors are older, and they always had their t.v. on loud....messed up our times on the lanai Renters who came mid-week on the other side got up early and talked at the top of their lungs every morning. UGH!!! Bathroom shower and toilet obviously updated, but the vanity was old and could use some TLC The toilet was a bit much....I don't need a toilet that plugs in Owner told us that the outside is sprayed for bugs once a month, and the inside sprayed every three months. We obviously came at the end of that month and the three months.

Great experience

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was stocked with everything we needed and had an amazing view. It was really easy to get in and out of the resort and was located close to all the activities we had planned. The condo was really clean and was perfect for us as a couple. The view was amazing and since it was whale season, we saw a whale each day from the porch! Would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful property

We have stayed in many VRBO properties on all of the Hawaiin Islands and this is definitely one of our favorites. It is just as pictured with nice upgrades, very clean and in a great location. It's always a plus when the rental provides toilet paper, garbage bags and dish soaps as who wants to go shopping for that when you're on vacation! We loved sitting on the lanai taking in the view of the ocean and the sunsets at night were beautiful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Condo

Very clean. Great views from deck on both floors. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for a longer term stay. Everything is high end and well taken care of. We stayed for 10 days in late March and absolutely loved it. Would definitely stay here again!

Best stay ever

This condo was amazing! It was the best stay we have ever had in Hawaii and we have visited the islands many times. The condo was beautiful, extremely clean, and comfortable. Everything was in great repair. It had everything we needed and more. The view was incredible. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The location was perfect. It was peaceful, yet not too far from the places we wanted to go. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Hi Susie, My wife and I really enjoyed are stay, your condo more than met our needs. We were too busy to find time to explore the resort although we knew we had a very comfortable place to return to each evening and the sunsets are just magical! We will be back for sure!!

Well Appointed and Great Location

My husband and I stayed during Thanksgiving for 10 days. Upon arrival we were very pleased to see the beautiful view. The condo was clean and well appointed. We hardly used the air conditioning as the weather was quite pleasant. I was very pleased to see the assortment of spices on hand in the condo in addition to cleaning supplies, plastic baggies sarand wrap etc for our beach outings. In addition they had beach chairs, boogie boards and a ice chest. It's located near Kahalu'u, great snorkeling. We walked to the harbor daily, and sometimes to Keauhou. On Saturday there is a farmers market, lots of fresh produce, Kona coffee etc. Better prices than the store. I have my own successful rental in Kona and know what to look for. This has a lot to offer.

Amazing Stay !!

We had great time staying in Condo. The appliances were all clean and new, absolutely loved the Lanai and view of the ocean with the birds chirping. Absolutely will stay again !!
