El apartamento en un complejo que fue completamente renovado. Nuevos pisos, cocina y baño todo según los estándares alemanes. El complejo está muy bien mantenido y tranquilo. La mayoría de los apartamentos se alquilan a locales. El ambiente es muy amigable y una experiencia positiva. Algunos inquilinos tienen un gato o un perro pequeño. Sillas de playa, cafetera, microondas todo recién amueblado y casi todo disponible en pequeñas cosas que se necesitan en el uso diario.
La ubicación es al norte de Boca Raton y al sur de Manalapan o West Pam Beach, una de las calles más ricas de las playas de Florida.
Los alquileres normales son simplemente un correo electrónico mensual con sus deseos o su horario.

Perfect for our needs

We come to visit my dad nearby and like to stay near the beach. The place was perfect for a week and the property manager was helpful. I would come again!

Great time, Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay and did not want to go home. Walking to the beach and riding bikes in the surrounding neighborhoods was awesome and just what we wanted. The accommodations are as described. Nicely decorated, comfortable with thoughtful touches for guests. I really enjoyed sitting out in the court yard. We will be back next year!

Great place, true to all previous reviews.

Stylish & cozy space, quiet & laid-back neighborhood, literally 2min to the beach! All the amenities for beach life provided, wee cooler, beach chairs blankets, with a pool on premises! Apartment good size for one, helpful staff. Unfortunately wasn't allowed to receive US mail and wasn't informed of that before trip. I stayed 3 months for a job and that was quiet difficult to navigate. Got UPS packages no problem. Gas grill for cooking was a blast and bikes provided for jaunts around the area. Had pool and beach all to myself most of time, so relaxing!!

Great location

Booked this property for the location and the need for a King bed. Location was perfect. Price was a bit high for what we received. Pool FREEZING-no heater. Dog at location that barked at you often. Room small and many details left out. .

A Hidden Gem

After finding these apartments listed on VRBO, I figured it's close to the beach, close to family, and it has a pool. Ok...I'm in. Upon arrival my mouth fell open. The listing did no justice to Sea View Apts. in real time! Just beautiful! The garden courtyard is lush with plants and flowers and lights at night. The pool as is the studio was, immaculate! Donna and Jim, on-site managers, are wonderful people. The arrival snack basket is amazing. The cold water in the fridge and ice in the freezer are a welcome relief after traveling. This is my second stay here. This has now become my Florida home when I'm here. 💖

From the beach. Seriously, look no further! This is a hidden gem in a very nice and affluent town in Ocean Ridge, Fla. Everyone was very responsive. The garden is beautiful!!! You’ll see something you never saw before, every day. Everything is so tastefully decorated, and the garden, bikes, grill-everything is simply perfect.

I, absolutely, love Seaview Apts. Our studio was clean, bright, private and well appointed. The courtyard is amazing, with fountains, plants and the pool. The garden at night is beautiful. Solar lights twinkle and the sound of the water fountain is so peaceful. Donna does an amazing job keeping everything in order and Jim helps on a day to day basis. We are coming back for a week after traveling. I'm booking for next year also. Great location. A 3 min walk to the beach, which is gorgeous. Chairs provided. I found a hidden gem!!

Fun time!

We had a fantastic experience. Donna was more than gracious and responded promptly to every question. This place is extremely clean and safe. The beach is a short walk and beach chairs, cooler and towels were provided. I would say we are definitely returning.

Very nice place.

Perfect place for two people. Very clean. Close to the ocean with a nice pool. Was very nice having bottled water and a basket full of snacks when we arrived. Was nice having the beach chairs and cooler. Everyone there was nice. Would definitely be back.

Fabulous property, would thoroughly recommend!

My daughter and I had a fantastic time at Seaview. The apartment is beautifully furnished in a beach house style, lovely and light with all new furnishings. Everything we needed, including some very thoughtful touches like ice and bottled water and even a basket of snacks to welcome us! Spotlessly clean and well kept. The pool area was well maintained with comfortable sun beds and pool towels supplied in our room. Location fabulous, 2 minutes walk to the ocean, we enjoyed lovely sunrise and sunset walks along the beach. We had breakfast at Ellie’s diner and enjoyed visiting the beautiful town of Del Ray during the Del Ray Affair craft weekend only 10 minutes drive away to the South. We also enjoyed the drive up the island to West Palm Beach looking at the amazing mansions by the sea en route. Only 20 minutes drive to great shopping in Boca Raton and just over an hour to Miami Airport. Within 5 minutes drive there is a Publix supermarket, Walmart and a great farmers market store, Donna and the other residents were very welcoming and one kind lady even let us use her pool raft! A lovely relaxed stay. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to return soon. Thank you for having us!

A cute beachy bungalow

The rooms were nicely updated with some great features. A quaint kitchen with a full size refrigerator was nice. We loved the pool area and how close it was to the beach. Soft towels, beach chairs, snacks and bottled water were a bonus😍 Would love to have seen a bigger bed. Was not used to sleeping in a double. Would also have loved to give a five star rating but had to give a four because of large amounts of hair balls with long black hair that we found when sweeping in the corners of the living room and in the closet. The rest of the areas were very clean.

Fantastic!

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the relaxing atmosphere. My wife enjoyed the pool and everyone was so friendly. We would come back anytime. Thank you! One suggestion: A curtain to block the light from the fron window.
