It was a wonderful day. The house was absolutely gorgeous and everything worked just as expected and looked even better in person than the photographs. My family had a wonderful time.

This location is perfection, and the layout was perfect for our family of 10. Note that there are no beach towels which is very strange for a beach house and patio furniture is rusted and dirty but all in all the location and house are perfect.

Great House & Great Location

Plenty of rooms and things to do for the whole family. The house is very attractive, and the elevator helped greatly with grocery transport.

Great Family Gathering place

The large upper floor area was great for the whole family to get together. The Beach was great and right out the back pool area and the community pools within walking distance was very convenient and the children enjoyed the kids area immensely.

Great location. We have stayed in this home twice before. Hot tub never worked while we were there and no heated pool. Management handled all communications and issues promptly. Except the pool and hot tub. Waiting on part.

Relaxing family getaway

The house was perfect for our big family of 11. We had plenty of space to be together as well as space to spread out. We had a few maintenance issues that were dealt with quickly. The beach is not crowded and is nice for evening strolls.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Plenty of space for our multi generational family to celebrate the holidays. Elevator was key as all views are on the top floor. Definitely recommend with great air conditioning and large kitchen. Overall responsive staff and nice clean bedrooms/bathroom. Some small upkeep to the property is needed by the pool fencing and sliding doors stick, likely due to the ocean air. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful and Spacious

Property is wonderful! Spacious and full of everything you might need. Management responsive (private pool heater set too high, adjusted immediately) and professional. Neighborhood is beautiful and feels very resort-like with pool grill and beach bar down the street. Would highly recommend and would return!

Family Beach Trip

We had a group of 16 ppl from the ages of 86 - 10 mths old. The house was as described and absolutely perfect for all of the families different needs. Getting to the beach is a breeze! The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake! The Mgt team was excellent and helped us with any questions we had. We are looking forward to next year!!!

Great house; beautiful beach!

Our family loved staying in this house. We were able to spread out and everyone had space. The beach access as well as the pools allowed for perfect entertainment for our grandchildren. The house was very clean upon arrival, which we appreciated. The only thing it needs is some replenishing of kitchen equipment. Most of the cookware was unusable due to rust or peeling of inside coatings—we purchased a skillet, another lidded piece of cookware, a can opener, some tea towels to make do. But still, it was a wonderful stay and we would stay there again. Thank you!

Beautiful View, Great Location

Amazing! We could not have picked a better location. There was some confusion with the spa temperature...and it took some attention. But we thoroughly enjoyed the location, the heated pool/spa, the big beautiful home. We watched the dolphins play every morning about mid-morning from the 3rd story balcony. I would HIGHLY recommend. The elevator was so helpful for luggage and groceries, plus we had a couple of elderly that enjoyed the ride instead of the steps.

Cinnamon Beach Vacay

Very Spacious, fit our family size perfectly! Great family beach location, quiet and private. Club house grill had good food and fantastic customer service. Gated community was well managed. Very pleased to have multiple refrigerators, helped to accommodate many family members different dietary needs. Also pleased to have two washers & dryers, helped with many family members beach towels and clothes. Everything was well labeled for lights and fans. We had great fun at night using the playing card table for family games. Large seating accommodations that fit our entire family for lounging and eating. Our only con, two rooms were mentioned not having comfortable beds. Overall, we will definitely rent this again!

Loved it!

Wonderful location! We loved the house and it accommodated all of our 14 guests and just can’t say enough about how great it was!!!! Cpl of notes: the remotes were wonky because of how many rooms (we think ppl moved them before us) We had to call to get them squared away due to roku but it was a quick response from the rental and honestly we didn’t come for the tvs hahah we came for the location/beach front and house….the pool light was not working but was fixed) Quiet exclusive neighborhood, minutes away from local bars, Publix, etc. Would book anytime we are back…loved it!!!!! Thanks for a great stay!!

This is the one

Yea, this place was amazing. Really can’t beat the views or proximity to the beach (I mean… it’s on the beach). Place was super clean except for the utensils (which were oddly dirty), but we just cleaned them before use. The pool needed to be vacuumed out upon arrival - we reached out at 6pm and it was taken care of about 9am the following morning. Otherwise there were no issues. The pool and hot tub were great to have as an alternative to the 2 community pools. Those were nice to change up the vibe, but just to go hang out for an hour was great in your own backyard. Main living and dining areas were huge. Easily and comfortably fit our group of 15. Each night we all were relaxing on the third floor balcony, again comfortably fitting 15 of us. Only think missing that would be nice is beach towels, but I don’t think that’s standard for house rentals in this area. Really cannot say enough good things. If we ever have a large group traveling again, this is the place we will go. Daytona and St. Augustine are about 45-60 min away in each direction, which makes for nice half-day trips.

Beautiful views

We enjoyed our two week stay at Sea Gem. The views are breathtaking and the home is well equipped for a larger group. My only cons were the 3rd story Master bed mattress was absolutely awful! I tried to spin the mattress but this didn't help feeling the huge gap in the middle of the bed along with the old spring mattress. I ended up ordering a 3 inch mattress topper for the remainder of the stay and that helped somewhat. The walls in the home, as other things need a good deep thorough cleaning! We couldn't manage to operate the hot tub but we managed without it. The laundry machines could use some updating as they had a foul smell. This is a beautiful home that just needs a little TLC in cleanliness, updating, and bedding. The other beds were pretty comfortable and nobody else had complaints but the 3rd story mattress needs to be replaced without a doubt. We would definitely come back to stay as the location is perfect to enjoy the pools and beautiful ocean view! 💙

Good location, lots of room, sensational view. Code to enter was incorrect, showed star where check-mark should have been used. The kids figured that out fairly quickly by trial and error. Pool and hot tub were not heated upon arrival. Called next day, work order determined low waterline, below the skimmer, water not circulating. They ran the hose for a couple of hours to fill the pool. Heater started working. Next day, they added chemicals, another day to balance. Heater took two more days to warm the water. Could only use the pool and hot tub on our last day, most disappointing. The cleanliness of the patio is affected by the surrounding shrubbery that drops plant debris and black pods onto the patio and into the pool. Home interior was welcoming. Kitchen was a chef's challenge with dull cutlery and sub-par cookware. Large teflon fry pan should be replaced, it is no longer functional, everything sticks. BBQ utensils need upgrading as well, as they are deformed. Almost all TV remotes need new batteries. Home shows its age with corroded door handles, sticky locks, swollen trim, peeling paint, failing dbl pane windows. Main fridge shows damage outside & inside. Basement fridge ice maker leaks, creating icycle. Dryer 1 Lint Trap found broken. Garage floors have plant debris. Appreciated multiple appliances. More towels needed in kitchen and bathrooms, two in each space forces daily laundry loads of towels. Grateful for the abundance of beach towels. Basement alarm not warranted
Sunrise is worth waking up early to witness!

The boardwalk to the beach was an asset. The beach was one of the nicest we have been on. On our family vacations, we require a private pool which was adequate for our needs- thanks for the Basketball Ball hoop. The elevator was appreciated with the amount of foot traffic up and down the stairs. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall, we enjoyed the spacious home, the location and the weather (coming from Wisconsin)
