Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the house! The spaces worked for us very well! Loved the porches, pool, and loved looking out on the beach! The outdoor furniture was lovely and there was plenty of it! There was lots of room for us all to sit in the living room which was nice! There were lots of things to cook with. The only suggestion is it needs more coffee mugs and forks. It was truly lovely, and we hope to stay there again!!!!

Great property, great location, great beach. Some rocks at low tide, but there is sand bar about 50 yards south.Had issue with water leak into one bunk room which was quickly addressed.Only critique would be no hot tub (knew about this before) and access to beach walkway is not direct, you have to walk around through yard. Very minor item, but worth noting.Overall everyone really enjoyed our stay at this property.

Loved Location but had minor issues

The house had a ton of space and worked great for all of our guests. The private pool was really nice. Only issues we had were the beds were really uncomfortable, the path way to the beach is really over grown on the boardwalk, the path from the house to the boardwalk is through the garden area so you have to dodge bushes, and when we arrived there were things that were missed being cleaned. We did have a couple minor issues like the garage door opener wasn’t working, the AC went out on the second floor, and there was no outside shower head. All of those issues were addressed very quickly.

Wonderful Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All was perfect and no complaints. The only thing which wasn’t too much of an issue. In the laundry room there was an ironing board but no iron. We had family pictures taken and just went to my friends house to borrow theirs from two doors down where they were staying and renting next to us. I returned back to their home and wasn’t a major issue but definitely would have been disappointed some because truly needed an iron that day. Besides that, everything was wonderful and can’t wait to come back! Thank you!!

The stay was wonderful. Amazing home. A couple of broken things when we arrived I emailed the property manager letting them know and then when checked out sent another email letting them know that I checked out and again the broken things. Never received any response at all. These are my only negative about the stay. No response back from property manager.

Fabulous family getaway

We had an amazing week. The house was great. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and towels. It was so nice not to have to pack all that & really nice they provide these amenities. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with any type of gadget you would need but the frying pans are in sad shape. We did not think the beds were as bad as other reviews, actually they were better than most hotels beds. It felt very private even though the house are close to each other. We had families on both sides & didn’t even phase us. Great area, great neighborhood, great house!!! We’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Great views from baloneys. A few minor things--house pool needs a skimmer for guests to use; could use new pillows in the house; beach chairs in poor condition.

Beat Up Home with a Great View

However, the homes walls are in desperate need of painting. Extremely dirty looking in the high traffic areas. Bed Mattresses are in need of replacing as you can feel the springs on your back.

Great views, ok accommodations

The ocean view is amazing. The master suite is well appointed. The other bedrooms have very cheap mattresses, bedding and pillows and the amenities are very minimal. Minimal towels and other extras. This is stated so we were aware but for the cost of the home we expected to have nicer fixtures, furniture and bedding and no local tv without logging into our subscription services which we fortunately had. The heated pool was nice but a hot tub when the weather was cold and the community center closed at 8 would have been a nice addition. We knew there was no hot tub and booked it but one of the reasons we wouldn’t stay again. Everything seemed just a bit run down for the cost of the weekly rental. We would stay at the home we stayed at a few years ago again but we would not choose to return to this rental.

Just checking out the neighborhood

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there to get a feel of the community and beachfront living. The ocean and views were stunning. Being able to just walk over to the beach whenever we wanted was magical. The house was large so would accommodate a large group nicely. We mainly stayed on the second and 3rd floors. The only thing that bothered us really was that it was a little dirty to be honest. We found orange cheeesy type chips in the bed, the area between the sliding doors was filled with dead bugs and dirt. I know that because it’s Florida there are a lot of bugs but this should still be cleaned out between guests. Just takes some vacuuming. The floors were also a bit crummy. Just noticing these things when staying in a vacation home gives a bit of an icky feeling if I’m honest. One other thing that bothered me was the fact that all of the toilet seats were left up presumably after cleaning but still it wasn’t nice to have to touch the toilet seats to put them down. Overall the stay was nice. The location and property itself were beautiful. The rental company took care of everything we needed. Felt safe and secure and the views were amazing. The only thing that was lacking was the cleanliness.

Beautiful home

The home is stunning and neighborhood is safe and beautiful. There were plenty of nice beach chairs provided to take down to the beach. The only thing that caught us off guard is the fact that there are large rocks all along the beach at the waters edge, and the beaches themselves are made mostly off shell pieces. Not the easiest to traverse for young children, but you can time entry into the water if you pay attention to tides and use boogie boards.

Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful. It was quite clean too. The views from the balcony are stunning. The pool was clean and had enough seating and shade for the entire family to enjoy. The bedrooms were spaced out well with much needed privacy, BUT the beds were "springy" making a good nights rest difficult. There were plenty of bathrooms for large groups. The location was perfect, as the property pools and grille were a few doors down. We contacted management twice and they were incredibly responsive. Be warned: the beach is deceiving. It is breathtaking, but not safe to swim due to the large boulders/rocks. We were looking for something off the beaten path, quiet and sleepy, and we found it at Cinnamon Beach!

The kitchen/ family room was big and convenient for everyone to spend time together.Decorating was beautiful.We had a great time.Here is a list of some needs that we feel will make this place worth coming back too. It is meant as positive feedback and not criticism. Kitchen needs better stocked. (Pans scratched probably because there are only medal spatulas ), measuring cup, plates, plastic cups, plates. Dish towel, (SALT & PEPPER!) If you have that many bedrooms you need a functional kitchen to make it work. Bathrooms need hooks to hang towels and some kind of shelve in the shower to hold shampoos and soaps.BarhmatesSeveral beds squeak terribly. When people are on vacation they spend a 1/3 of their time on a bed. Make it work.Several rails around the pool are off. Many screws seem to need tightened.Need more than one refrigerator for that many rooms. Possibly on pool floor or under bar for drinks.Hooks would be nice in closets.Needed batteries on door alarms by the pool. (pretty important)Need a Broom and dust pan in Kitchen. If you want people to keep it clean you better provide the resources to keep it clean. People don’t bring their own broom. Also need dish rags, Windex.😊There’s still a lot of construction materials around the house. Garage, patio.

Which made us question if we actually slept on clean laundry. Because if guests before us forgot to put the detergent, then laundry possibly was not properly cleaned. Cleaning should be done by professional staff, not by guests.

2022 Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property Management was extremely helpful. The house itself was clean upon arrival. They provided plenty of linen, provided plenty of starter soap, dishwashing tablets and dish soap. This was greatly appreciated as we ended up having to make a 20 hr drive down due to flights being cancelled. The house itself is equipped with most everything you need in an vacation kitchen, they offered two sets of washer and dryers. The space to spread out and multiple floors was nice. We appreciated the elevator and close proximity to the beach (even with the pier for the house under construction) the view alone is priceless. Our (and we know it is personal choice) only issue was not being handicap accessible once in the house like we thought it would be.

Sea Glass is a great home and we enjoyed our stay very much

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was great for the 5 couples that we had on our vacation. There were some remnants of hurricane Ian that impacted our stay, but this was certainly not the fault of the home owner. The home is very nicely equipped to meet most of our needs and we found the layout and space very accommodating for our group of 5 adult couples. The 2 sets of washer/dryer was a plus for sure. The master suite is incredible with breathtaking views of the ocean and the sun rises every day were spectacular! The swimming pool is very nice, but there is no heater and it only gets a few hours of sun per day so it is very cold. However, the proximity to the community pool is just steps away and we found ourselves going to that pool more often. We had no issues during our visit and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful House!

This house was great. Loved that it has an elevator. The only thing I noticed was there were only showers in all the bathrooms except the top floor which had a very deep soaker tub. If we had smaller children this may have been an issue. None of the showers had a ledge for placing shampoo or for shaving. My father almost slipped in the shower as there was nothing to hang onto and the floor was slick. We put a towel down and that helped. However, after saying all that this was the best vacation we have had! The house really is spectacular.
