The property was very nice! Spacious, relaxing and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. Our kids loved the pool area and spent most of their time there. The check-in process could not have been easier. No front desk or waiting. Just get the code and enter! If there was a downside it would be that you have to drive a little ways to get town. But you have to consider the upside to that which is being in a less crowded area. There was golf course less than a mile away which was nice (Coral Canyon). I did have a question for the owner and received a prompt response which was very appreciated. Overall the stay was great and we all enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

Very cute space with everything we needed for our stay. Loved that there wasn’t a huge to do list upon checkout as well. That’s a big plus for me and one of the reasons I don’t stay at vacation rentals often.

Fun family trip!

Spacious apartment with beautiful views and right next to the community pool/amenities. The WiFi was down and there is bad reception, but the host got the WiFi fixed within a day.

Wonderful Stay in Hurricane.

I’d give a 4.5 star rating if that was an option. Very spacious, comfortable and centrally located townhouse. The host was very accessible and prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. I would be happy to recommend this place as well as stay again!

Great location for Zion National Park

Great condo for a girls trip to hike Zion. Clean, comfortable and easy access to Zion National Park. We loved the living room and patio to hang out on after a great day of hiking. Pool and hot tubs are a nice feature too.

The condo was very roomy and comfortable. The outside balcony with the fireplace, made for some nice relaxing evenings with a glass of wine and the view of the mountain. the location was convenient relatively close to the Nort rim of the Grand Canyon, Zion canyon,

Decent place, terrible customer service

This property was as described, decent condo, private balcony over looking the mountains, fitness center, pool, amazing master suite. The condo has cheap amenities, grill does not work and the stairs are crumbling apart, there is no elevator, 3 flights of stairs,all of this was overlooked, minor issues. The hosts check in and appear to care greatly, until there is an issue. Day 3 the power went out to the unit, was out for several hours. The company ultimately said it was a "failure" and would have to move, they were able to put us in one of there many unfilled rentals. There was no choice but to skip out nightime plans, pack with flashlights and move to the other location. I expressed my concerns after the move, residential neighborhood, no master suite, no exercise room, no privacy and no view or balcony. The response from the company was "thanks we will keep that at mind for our future guests" Never an offer of anything due to the major inconvenience. There is a keycard that you need to access the pool area which i inadvertently left in my Beach bag during the move in the dark, i let them know and that i would leave it at the current rental. They advised i would need to drive it back to the condo with no power or be charged 100 dollars, they further stated they would not want to inconvenience their other ts. No concern in the world for my inconvenience. The properties are decent, clean, but the customer service is absolutely te absolutelyabterriblterribleverlooked.

Beautiful condo

Condo and property were clean and top of the line. Super close to St George and anything you could need is right down or up the road. Was the perfect home base for Zion and adventuring.

Awesome stay, easy access to Zion NP

We had a fantastic stay! Clean, comfortable and just like described. Lots of space for all of us, easy access to the swimming pool and community amenities. This place was beautiful inside and out. We stayed for a week and visited Zion, Bryce and other national parks in the area. Excellent VRBO!

Great stay!

We stayed for 2 nights in July 2024. Everything was very clean and the place was really nice. The master bath was fantastic! Everyone had a great time and I would stay again. Be advised that this is a top floor room with no elevator though.

Great location and amenities

We stayed here for the Zion leg of our family vacation. It was a beautiful unit with top notch finishes in a complex with two pools, tennis and basketball courts amongst other things which kept our teens busy. It is a 3rf floor walk up, but totally worth it if not a mobility issue. Clean & quiet, lovely outside area to sit and relax. Nice furniture with comfortable beds inside. Property was very responsive when we had a question. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in this area!

Short stay

We had a pet emergency and didn't get to stay our full time at this site. We would have liked to stay longer. It was a little hard to find since it was on the top floor. Lots of steps to climb if you park in the garage. I wish the site had said something in the listing that they do not want the AC to go below 72 degrees. We usually sleep in 65 degree temperature.

Girls week to explore National Parks

We had a wonderful stay - the place is as listed. It was nice to have access to the gym, pool and hot tub. Just wish we knew the check-in info was not coming from a VRBO email - as we were traveling and the internet access was not great the info went to junk. Other than the checkin process- everything was fabulous.

Wonderful stay

We booked this condo for 2 couples to spend time exploring the national parks. We drove to Zion (about 30 minutes) and Bryce (2 hours but well worth it). Beds were comfortable, kitchen workable (no wine glasses) and pretty well equipped. Overall it was great, I would recommend.

Pleasant Desert *Castle*

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay! Flowers bloomed on the trees outside our third floor balcony, and helped us forget there was no elevator as we climbed the steps with our many belongings :) The views from our perch were quite lovely, with orange and purple desert mountains beyond the freeway. We thought the ornate metal privacy doors to the stairwell added uniqueness to the experience of living in a different style *home away from home.* The condo was comfortably spacious with some higher end details (the main bedroom's stone shower room is the largest we've seen). We enjoyed the nicely landscaped outdoor pool and many equipment options in the fitness room. There are signs of aging in some of the kitchen items and some repairs (drywall, exterior stairs etc.) in process at both the unit and in the clubhouse. I think this speaks to continued attempts at maintenance rather than allowing ongoing disrepair. We felt the location made mountain bike trails (Gooseberry Mesa and Quail Creek), Sand Hollow (ATV tours), the reservoir, Zion and Bryce Canyon (about 2.5 hours) readily accessible. Just fyi: access to the northern entrance of Zion is about 20 minutes away. We didn't realize that the southern entrance is the more popular one and it is about 50 minutes away. It's a beautiful drive, so that extra wasn't a big deal. There are also many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping options not too far down the highway, and a golf course nearby. Pleasant and safe area to enjoy!

Beautiful location

Condo was very accurately described in listing. Great location for touring Zion as well as being convenient for flight to/from Vegas. Even the drive to Bryce Canyon was only a little over 2 hours. Condo itself was very comfortable & reasonably well equipped. A car is necessary for getting around the area.
