Tidewater Resort in Panama City Beach has everything you need for a family beach vacation. Directly on the Gulf of Mexico, 2 outdoor pools, 2 outdoor hot tubs, 1 indoor pool, on-site movie theater, kid's arcade, cafe, convenience shop serving Starbucks coffee, fresh scoop ice cream and daiquiris in many flavors, Tiki Bar, fitness room, sauna. Spacious condo sleeps 6 comfortably with 1 king bed, 1 set of bunk beds, and queen sleeper sofa. Tidewater Beach Resort is located on the west end of PCB near Pier Park and is away from the hustle and bustle of the heart of the area. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are provided during your stay. The condo is decorated with a beach vibe making you feel like your at the beach whether inside our out. We would love to host your stay!

We had a great stay this weekend while finishing up the kids’ spring break! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family. The location was perfect—close to several great restaurants and convenient to everything we wanted to do - if you haven’t ever tried Mikes Seafood, do yourself a favor and try it out! It made for an easy, relaxing trip with the kids. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Beautiful Condo and location

Loved our stay at PCB. We enjoyed our week at this condo for a softball tournament. The ocean was beautiful! Great view from the balcony. Condo had everything we needed. Great location! Only downfall was the elevator wait time. The owners were amazing!

Family Time

This condo was amazing! Great views, everything you need for your stay. Beautiful decor and very clean. We went right at off-season elevator was never an issue. You can walk to a couple restaurants and peir isn't to far. Would love to stay in unit again.

This property is really nice and clean. The TV's was a plus and had many options. The use of kitchen was easy and stocked with basic condiments. Good communication with owners and no problems with entry. Having beach chairs are a plus.

Loved the view

The condo was exactly as described, loved the coffee bar. We unfortunately chose the wrong week, we were told to stay out of the water because of riptides. Luckily we had a nice place to stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. Check in & out was very easy and getting a cart to take our items up to the room. This was our first time using Vrbo great experience all around.

Fantastic Getaway

This Tidewater unit was fantastic! Our family has stayed at Tidewater before and like all of the amenities that they offer. Pictures in the listing are exactly what you get. The unit has been updated with new quality furniture & furnishings, has well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and everything was super clean. I especially liked the welcome coffee & tea selection with the Keurig provided and the kitchen spice collection. Our family enjoyed the New Year celebrations at Pier Park and then watched the fireworks at midnight from our balcony, the 15th floor was perfect for viewing them. Beach access is convenient with ramps or stairs and showers to rinse off sand. We enjoyed the 2 outdoor pools and 2 hot tubs when not at the beach. Great communication and check in/check out was very smooth. This unit is very well maintained, don’t hesitate to book.

Beautiful!

We absolutely loved the condo . It was gorgeous and we really enjoyed it . Very clean. View was amazing. The only complaint we have is the staff working at the Tidewater. Which should not reflect on the owners of the unit in any way . But the staff is very rude and act as if we were a inconvenience when we required assistance. Pool was closed 2 hours early on a Saturday night. There were several people coming to the pool as we were and it was closed down . So definitely not impressed with the staff on the grounds . If they had to get up from their chairs they were disgusted. But again the unit and owners of the unit were awesome.

Great property

We liked the apartment but unfortunately the building itself needs an upgrade. Elevators are a disgrace. Very slow, hot with no ventilation. They have signed posted to avoid using them between 9-11 am and 1-3 pm in a 30 story building. The pools are old and need of repair. The indoor hot tubs were dirty and were not cleaned or maintained daily. Checking in and out is a hassle because you have to unload and carry everything from the attached garage. Parking was not allowed in front of the building. The property owner was wonderful and very carrying. Great host.

We appreciate your concerns about the elevators and the overall condition of the property. The elevators are being addressed starting in the fall. There is a schedule in place to modernize all the elevators in the building. In addition, projects have been approved by the HOA to improve many of the items you voiced concerns about in your review. Hopefully between our maintenance staff and outside contractors Tidewater Beach Resort can be improved to 5 star status.

Our goal is to help make your visit to this area of Florida the best it can be.

Tidewater Beach Resort has so much to offer for everyone. Kids can enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools, game room and movie theater. Relax by the pool with a drink from the Tiki Bar, get some exercise in the on-site fitness center followed by a little detox session in the sauna or steam-room. The 15th floor balcony in this unit provides an amazing view of the gulf. Enjoy the wildlife that can be clearly viewed....sea turtles, dolphins, sharks, sting rays, and even an occasional manatee. Tidewater Beach Resort is located on the far west end of Panama City Beach, outside of the hustle and bustle. Many places within walking distance including Pier Park which provides a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Guests are provided 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella. Simply let the chair rental hut on the beach know you are staying in unit 1503 and they will direct you to your chairs.
