Walk 100 steps from your front door to the private access beach. Spend your days walking or lounging on white sand beaches, exploring the nearby museums and attractions of St. Petersburg, or head into downtown Tampa just a 30-minute drive away.
Take a 2-minute walk to the Don Cesar to enjoy drinks, dinner or spa. Publix, Walgreens, and many delicious restaurants are less than a 5-minute drive away.

The condo is fully furnished with all new furniture, redone bath and kitchen. All the comforts of home are here.

The bedroom has a new king-sized bed. The bed is Pottery Barn Cayman platform (the photo was staged prior to the beds arrival), linens are 600 thread count, and a new Casper mattress.

The living room has a flatscreen TV, Wi-fi, and a fire stick. The couch is a sleeper sofa. The living room also has a dining table that seats 4.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking great meals: fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishware, flatware.

The unit has free Wi-Fi, linens, towels, central air and heat, ceiling fans, hair dryer, and keyless entry. There is a laundry room in the complex a short walk from the unit with a washer and dryer. The unit is on ground level and no stairs are required to enter the unit or use the laundry facility.

The Condo is in a small quiet complex with 6 units. A designated parking spot comes with the unit. This unit requires a 3-month minimum stay.

For your safety the condo is cleaned and disinfected prior to each guest arrival. There will be coffee and a small amount of laundry detergent when you arrive.
