Bay Front Townhome - Just Across the Bay from Cape San Blas - 5 minutes to Port St. Joe!!

Scallopers, fisherman, boaters, kayakers, and Black Island guests take note!! Bring your toys, boats, gear and explore St Joseph's Bay. Surrounded by old Florida foliage on scenic SR 30-A, this Bayfront 2 story townhome is only one of five that sit on a beautiful 4 acre tract for privacy and seclusion. Directly next door to Presnell's Marina and just minutes from Cape San Blas. Port St. Joe is short 5 minute drive with all the artsy shops, restaurants and live music events and festivals. This townhome is one of the only homes available to rent in the up and coming Simmons Bayou area and has plenty of boat parking available on site.

Designed with an open concept floor plan, the eat in kitchen w/breakfast bar connects to a cozy living space that flows seamlessly to a covered outdoor area. Each of the 3 Bedrooms has its own full bath and private balcony!

Included on the main level is a 1/2 bath for common area use and a Full guest suite w/private balcony overlooking the Bay.

Upstairs is the primary King suite with sweeping views of the bay from the screened porch in addition to a 2nd Full suite that also includes a bunk bed.

Sliding patio doors on each level maximize visibility of the lush landscape & abundant natural wildlife habitat of St Joseph Bay. This property is covered with live oaks, palm trees and lushes lawns.

Covered parking, an outdoor shower & observation pier are an added bonus! The soft grass flats with bay beach area are ideal for fishing & launching a kayak convenient to you in your own backyard.

Walk to Hunts Oyster Bar for cold beer and awesome raw bar menu! Steps away are the St Joe Shrimp seafood market, pontoon boat/kayak rentals, and new Black's Island hotel!

Salinas Park (Gulf of Mexico) beach, Downtown Port Saint Joe and Cape San Blas are all just minutes away. The historic town of Apalachicola is about 20-25 minutes. This property is less than a mile from the new Blacks Island hotel and will be a great alternative for guests looking to stay in the area for those infamous Black Island weddings or overflow for family staying in Presnells.

The view out over the bay was absolutely stunning! Watching the sunset every evening through the palm trees was unforgettable What made the visit even more special was the communication with the host Kyle. Almost instant response to the few questions we had and great recommendations to do in the area! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Our PSJ Vacation with an Incredible View!

We just returned from a week’s stay at this townhome. The accommodations were very comfortable. We had plenty of room for the five of us. It was a very quick drive into Port Saint Joe or over to Cape San Blas to the beach. We took a side trip to Apalachicola and thoroughly enjoyed the area. We’ve decided the best part, though was the view off the back deck. Easily the best view we’ve ever had at a VRBO! The living room patio doors open up to an incredible view of the bay. We had our morning coffee out there and then went again out in the evening to enjoy the sunset. The upstairs deck off the master suite was equally wonderful. We would definitely come back.
