With a large open floor plan, 4 bedrooms, & one of the largest backyards Ventnor has to offer – this home is the perfect vacation spot for relaxing, entertaining, & spending time with loved ones. This property is designed for summer fun as you hit the beach during the daytime & enjoy the night spending time outside on either 1 of the 2 decks with sunset views or making s’mores by the firepit.
The oversized garage offers more than enough space for your car & opens up to the front door foyer where beach towels are ready to grab on your way to the beach! In the garage you’ll find beach chairs, bikes, toys & more waiting for you or use the backdoor to access the backyard & outdoor shower . The open floorplan on the 1st level invites the summer sun into each of its 10 windows providing natural light into the large kitchen, dining/living area, & allows the ocean breeze to fill the air. The back deck provides a beautiful lounging area where dinner comes with a show in the form of gorgeous colorful sunsets. The 2nd floor has 3 spacious guest bedrooms, 2 full baths, & an oversized master bedroom where you can see the Bay, AC skyline, & fireworks on Saturday nights from your own personal deck!

Great property & host!

This was an awesome property for our family and friends beach vacation! The host was super helpful anytime we had questions. The property is clean and nice! We loved the backyard and all the toys for our kids!

The backyard and lift-up window from the garage create such a nice area to hang out, share drinks and foods, and create memories. Great house and great location

From start to finish, we had a great stay here. The check in and check out were very smooth and easy. The kitchen was had everything we needed for meal prep, and the deck right off the kitchen was perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The kids were happy to find puzzles and games for our rainy day, and there were plenty of beach/ sand toys to select from for beach days too. The short walk to the beach and views of both sunrise and sunset from the house were icing on the cake!

Gray spot close to the beach

Great spot in east walking distance of the beach with a really nice outdoor space. Steve was a great host, will definitely be staying here again!

Great Vacation Rental

Steve was a fantastic host. He was extremely responsive and made sure we enjoyed our time at his rental. The rental was clean and exactly as described. I would highly recommend this property.

Family vacation

Excellent Vrbo property in a very quiet neighborhood with all the amenities you could ever want in a beach house. Our group arranged in age from 21 to 90 years old and we all had fun . The beach is close and in our opinion nicer than the larger beaches in New Jersey. We definitely plan on a return visit to this Vrbo. Thank you to our wonderful host and hostess for a trouble free stay.

Our stay in Ventnor was perfect. Steve was the perfect host. The house was everything as advertised no hidden problems. Super easy check in and out . We will stay here again. Thank you Steve for a great surprise birthday weekend for our daughter. Also house was super clean. Again thank you

Great Family Vacation Home

Large, bright, and convenient home with all the amenities you could want at the beach, including bikes & boogie boards. The house was very comfortable for my wife and I, our son and his three children. Nice backyard, with a fire pit, beach bar and outdoor shower, which was great when coming home from the beach. Check in was a breeze, and Steve was very communicative right from the time we booked the property. Thanks so much Steve, our family had a wonderful time together, and your vacation home helped make that possible!

Ventnor beach house

The house is Large and spacious, just as described. The check-in process Uncomplicated. The decor fits right in with The beach theme. It was a pleasant surprise to have beach tags available, a beach cart and Beach chairs. The four block walk to the beach is OK, It doesn’t really seem that long. Although we did not use the fire pit or the barbecue, it was nice to know they were available. we went out for dinner most nights, wide variety of restaurants and people are very friendly in the area. Steve was readily available by phone if I had any questions or concerns. Highly recommend renting this property and definitely will consider If going to that area again.

Ventnor Vacation

Our group loved our stay at this property in Ventnor, just a couple blocks from the beach. We had seven guests total, to include three kids, and the house accommodated us and then some. The check-in process was seamless. The main living area was super spacious, with a large kitchen, living room, and play area. We used the balcony off the kitchen most mornings as well. Upstairs were four full bedrooms and three full baths, plus an additional balcony. Everything was very clean. Outside we had a good-sized backyard for the kids to play, some seating, a firepit, and a grill. The 'barage' was also quite unique. The house was in a great location, a short walk or drive to the beach. The property comes with a bunch of beach chairs and beach passes as well. There's also some great restaurants nearby. We had excellent pizza at Santucci's and amazing takeout at Sapore. Congo Falls mini-golf and Miyako Hibachi were also a hit with the kids. We would highly recommend this property. We had a great week in Ventnor and made some great family memories.

Beautiful property! Amazing stay!

We were there for a beach wedding with family. Accommodations were amazing. Beautiful place! Very clean. All the amenities you could need. Great communication. Steve was available if we needed anything! Great location. 10 minutes from Atlantic City. Will definitely go back!

A home away from home

The property was simply fantastic! Spacious, updated, maintained, entertaining, and relaxing are just a few of the words that my family would use to describe our stay at this property. The amount of space within side the home was perfect (especially when traveling with kids). There was literally something for everyone to do including media, bonfires, bbqs, outside dining with HUGE backyard, a sandbox for the kids, balconies perfect for resting and relaxation, and much more! Not to mention the house was a swift 5-8 minute walk to the beach! Overall, my stay was great, the house was amazing, and the owner was superb!
