Such an adorable house with modern updates yet a retro vibe. Everything was thought of from the welcome sign and fresh baked strawberry bread at the door to cotton swabs, flossers, and razors n the bathroom. Truly a gem in the heart of Sioux Falls.

The house was adorable and had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful! She allowed for an early check-in last minute. She was incredibly communicative and helpful troubleshooting when bad weather arose during our stay. Our entire group agreed that we would LOVE to stay at this accommodation again. If we could have given more than 5 stars we would have!

Wonderful MCM stay in Sioux Falls

Our stay was wonderful! The house is stocked with many amenities and features a spacious living area and galley kitchen. With boards games galore and the city scene of Sioux Falls, it was hard to be bored on our stay.

This adorable house was perfect for us, especially because we love, buy and sell vintage items. Great funky vibe with a lot of great fun details. The hosts went above and beyond with a welcome sign noting my name and monkey bread! Lots of kitchen utensils and dishes, plenty of linens, really well decorated. Don't let the outside fool you! When you walk in, you'll be very pleased!

Cute Retro House

Our group loved the decor and layout of the house. We comfortably slept 7 adults. Great location and super clean house. The hosts were quick to communicate and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Girls trip

LOVELY RETRO home that is more roomy than it appears from the outside. Many fun/thoughtful travel items provided and a personalized welcoming atmosphere when we arrived! Beds were very comfortable!!! I would highly recommend this home!

We loved our stay. The property was in a great location; extremely clean and filled with amenities making one feel spoiled. Great communication and graciousness were given. Our children loved the accommodations as well.

Great Stay

The retro look of the house was great and me nostalgic. Even the vibe was retro the appliances were very new. This house worked great for us for a long weekend baseball tournament. Jennifer was a wonderful host.

Great Value

Was worried finding a place during the State basketball would be hard, but this place is a great value. Fun little place, super clean. Nice backyard grill area, but weather turned cold on us. Host left homemade Orange Bread for us, that was delicious!

The property was very cute and was very well furnished with a separate room with table and chairs for the kids to have games/ puzzles, and another area with a tv and streaming services. It also had lots of small details such as useful items like spices, Kleenex, and lots of little extras that one usually doesn't pack but often need. I highly recommend this house! This is definitely the most well-appointed VRBO I have stayed in. Also, the host was fantastic! Very responsive and accommodating when I requested to extend my stay. I will book again next time I am in the area.

Just adorable retro decor and plenty of room to spread out - 3 bedrooms, plus a den, large living room, and eat in kitchen. Very helpful little touches everywhere including signs on where to find linens, etc. And no 3-hour cleaning process to check out - appreciate that SO much. Everything we needed in a clean comfortable space that felt so welcoming. THANK YOU!!!

Wonderful experience

Loved all the special touches. Jennifer was so accommodating when our flight was canceled and we needed extra time to check out. Enjoyed the coffee cake, cleanliness, and retro touches. Would definitely recommend this lovely home. Also enjoyed listening to the vintage albums.. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Best VRBO we have ever stayed at! Super comfortable and clean. The retro vibe was so fun throughout! We enjoyed the monkey bread provided. Loved the coffee, tea creamer and so many condiments! Also soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap you name it! And you never made it feel stingy like in other places that offer 2 pods for laundry! Tons of linens! You have thought of literally everything. We also appreciate the helpful small signs for hot water, tvs and what to do with our dirty towels. We made use of some of the games provided, which made for great family time. Such a great gem! We definitely will recommend to anyone!

Great Experience!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. This was our first time renting a house and the hosts made it so easy. The house was clean and stocked with everything you might need. We enjoyed playing some of the games and our kids didn’t really want to leave. I would recommend this house to anybody and I hope we get to go back soon.

I cannot say enough about our stay here. From the moment we walked in, throughout our entire stay, we were pleasantly surprised with all of the little additions Jennifer has created or put in the this very comfortable 2 bedroom (which sleeps more like a 4bedroom) retreat. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are fully stocked with everything you could need! From extremely comfortable beds, to upgraded pillows and sheets, every single person spoke the words, "I slept so well last night" at least once during our stay. And for someone who is very sensitive to perfumes and synthetics, I was very comfortable here. All of the attention to detail in the aesthetics kept us smiling as we discovered the next mid century treasure. We stay in Sioux Falls quite often for our daughters activities (at least 4 times a year), and we will make this "home base" from now on.

Charming Mid-Century Modern

This house was a clean, adorable, mid century modern style with all kinds of fun details. Homemade banana chocolate chip muffins waiting for me when I arrived were the first sign of the warmth and care this host takes with every detail. Well stocked kitchen with lots of little conveniences throughout. But, I would say the most compelling part of the stay was how every question you could possibly have was answered beforehand by the host, with helpful discreet placards and notes. This host has thought of everything! I will definitely stay again.
