My husband and I had a wonderful one week stay at this property in St. Martin. The property is exactly as pictured, with comfortable furniture, a very comfortable bed, and a well equipped kitchen although we really only used the coffee maker while there. It is very well situated to walk to several restaurants, including a lovely bakery which we went to each morning for pastries. It is literally directly on a gorgeous beach - wonderful for walks and swimming. The view from our "patio" door was glorious. We loved that we could close glass doors separating the main living area from the kitchen and open window to the sea, and we wanted for nothing while there. And most of all, Julia was a wonderful host. She met us at the property on arrival day and took us through the apartment explaining everything. She was always available by text or phone and responded quickly. A very special thank you to both Julia and her husband who came out at 10:00 on a Saturday night when we locked ourselves out of our bedroom, and couldn't even exit the unit as the house key (required to lock the main door) was in that room. There was something faulty in the bedroom door and her husband fixed it properly and with a smile. We were very grateful to them both. We would absolutely recommend this property. You won't be disappointed!

Right on the beach.

Stayed for two weeks, we enjoyed the area. The condo was right on the beach and a short walk to the terrific restaurants in Grand Case.

Beautiful location and apartment!

The apartment is simply gorgeous. Being able to shut off the kitchen area and open the doors to hear the waves every day was magical. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need! The beach is literally on your doorstep. You can enjoy the views from the apartment or head downstairs with the beach chairs to enjoy the sand and waves. We stopped at the Carrefour supermarket to get supplies for the week, but also enjoyed the restaurants on the island. You can walk to the town of Grand Case along the beach. The town does have one loud bar - which did play music loudly a couple of nights. Parking is in front of the building, with no reserved spot and off a main road. The apartment is on the 1st floor with stairs to climb.Wonderful air conditioning. Plus a huge bonus of having a washing machine (no dryer, clothes horse provided). I highly recommend choosing to stay here on your visit to St Maarten - it’s perfectly situated to explore the island, and your host is simply wonderful. Thank you for an amazing week!!

Perfect!

We loved this apartment and plan to return. It is clean, and the view is amazing! We loved the location and the ease of walking to the restaurants in Grand Case. I would definately recommend this property. Julia is so easy to work with too!

We have stayed at 7 different vacation rentals this trip and this one was the best overall, after shortening my stay because of family coming and terrible support from vrbo we were concerned however julia was helpful and location, layout finishes and view are awesome. the one negative would be very spotty internet. the grand case location is also great. best overall place we have stayed in 2023

Return to paradise

The view is amazing, the condo clean, comfy, and as described with “extras” in the kitchen. Julia and her husband were quick to respond to our questions or needs. You couldn’t ask for better hosts. I would come every year if I could. Love Pavillion Beach!❤️
