Excellent Apartment in Grand Case!

We had an excellent week on Jolie Beach in Phadya and Robert’s apartment. The location is very good with walking access to a grocery store, bakery and French restaurants. The place was clean and well furnished with everything you would need to relax and stay like a local. They provided beach chair cushions that were very comfortable and we never had to worry about not having a chair or umbrellas. We knew about the Monday night party at the Rainbow Café, but it was a lot louder than we would have thought. I would recommend some ear plugs for this one night. Ephram and Glenda were wonderful and very helpful to us. We will definitely be back again real soon. Thanks again.

The best in Grand Case

If you want a beautiful apartment steps from the beach and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Grand Case, this is it. Phadya and Robert have a wonderful apartment and they are very easy to deal with. Whenever we needed anything Glenda and Efraim were always around to answer questions and they made us feel right at home. This is a busy part of the beach and there is lots going on, including music coming from the bars most of the day. The Monday night party at the Rainbow Cafe next door was not a problem for us but the owners of the cafe provide free breakfast Tuesday mornings for guests of this apartment to make up for any disturbance they may have caused. Parking can be difficult in Grand Case, but this apartment has street parking. It is a bit tricky but it is a great asset. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful stay at this property!

After previous Grand Case stays at the local resort, we chose to spend this vacation at this great apartment. It was so nice having Efraim there each and every day to answer any and all questions that we had about local restaurants and also to provide us with whatever we needed for the apartment. He was always there with assistance and a cheerful smile. Glenda was readily available to provide assistance as well. Robert was there at the apartment to welcome us and showed us where the local market was upon arrival. This property is ideally located with so many restaurants within a short walking distance. No need to rent a car when staying here! A beautiful, comfortable apartment at a very competitive rate. We would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Grand Case! Wait until you get the chance to sit on the balcony at sunset. Beautiful! Thanks Robert and Phadya! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Paradise Found!

It is rare that you see a property listed online and the real life experience is better than the pictures! We had prepared ourselves for the amazing beachfront view but still couldn't hold back an audible gasp when the Phadya, the owner, pulled the curtains open on the massive sliding glass doors. I asked her if it still takes her breath away and she replied, "Yes, of course, I never tire of the view". The unparalleled balcony aside, everything was as great as we had expected. The unit was clean, modern, and had everything we needed; it was a short and beautiful walk to town to all the fabulous restaurants; and the property manager, Ephraim, was always available when needed. Many reviews mention Ephraim and Glenda, and it is true this place would not be the same without them. We are truly grateful that we found this place and I hesitate to publicize this review only for fear they will be booked the next time we try to reserve. Seriously, if you would like the best spot in Grand Case, if not the whole island, stay here! Thank you again Phadya, Robert, Ephraim, and Glenda, we will be back!

Another wonderful stay at Jolie Beach!

We finally returned to Grand Case and to Jolie Beach in February 2024 after several years away due many factors including the COVID pandemic. Returning to Grand Case was wonderful and staying at Jolie Beach (for a third time) only enhanced our experience. The location of the building is ideal. The apartment we stayed in, appropriately named Paradise View, is lovely and provides all the conveniences of home. And the view of the ocean and sunsets is unparalleled. The hosts, Phadya, Robert, and Malika are attentive and welcoming. Ephraim, who takes care of the building, ensures that everyone is enjoying themselves. The rooms are cleaned regularly by Marie who makes sure that the apartments are well maintained. Overall, it is an ideal place for a short or longer term vacation. It is worth noting that the building’s location in is the middle of a lively part of the beach. There are several busy restaurants near by. Those who wish a very quiet holiday should reflect on whether their needs will be met in the middle of this lively environment. This wasn’t an issue for us as we enjoyed the music and the festive atmosphere. We will be happy to return to Jolie Beach and recommend it highly.

Affordable Luxury in Grande Case

The Jolie-Beach Apartments are the perfect place to enjoy all that Grande Case in Saint Martin has to offer and we've been to Saint Martin six times since 2005. This apartment, Paradise View, which has a balcony directly oceanfront, was so lovely and the view was mesmerizing. Situated directly on spectacular Grande Case beach, the view from this and the shared common deck, where you can have your morning coffee if you choose, is nothing short of incredible. The apartments are all extremely well appointed. The furniture is beautiful and functional and the decor is lovely. The beds are very comfortable with high-quality linens and pillows. Everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach is there, from a corkscrew to wine glasses to ice cube trays and for those of you who cook on vacation, there were very nice pots and pans too. The bathrooms are lovely and feature spa rainfall showers. Since the apartment is within walking distance of all the incredible restaurants in Grande Case, you never have to worry about driving home to your lovely apartment after dinner and drinks. The entire stay was lovely. Starting with the welcoming, professional staff (Glenda and Ephram) who met us upon our arrival, holding a parking spot for us right in front of the apartments (bonus!) to meeting the warm and hospitable host and owner Phadya (we didn't get to meet Robert, unfortunately). It was clear that Phadya makes it her personal mission to ensure that you are happy and your expectations are met. I've stayed at studio villas, penthouses, and 5-star resorts all over the world and I was extremely happy with this lovely accommodation. We saw that others had complaints about the music from the Rainbow Cafe and we could not disagree more! We personally fell in love with everyone at the Rainbow Bar & Cafe and loved the fun vibe and music that you could always enjoy. And the food! Thanks to the Rainbow proximity, you can get food and drinks served to you right at your Jolie-Beach beach chairs! The food was phenomenal, as well. Fresh and well-prepared, as is all the food we had while staying in Grande Case. We had salads every day for lunch and enjoyed a lovely whole grilled snapper and encrusted lamb there. Other restaurant favorites include Bistro Caribe, La Tastevin, Ocean 82 and we heard Pressoir is lovely but did not get to enjoy it this trip. In short, you will not be disappointed if you stay at Jolie-Beach apartments. The definition of affordable luxury!

Very Nice Condo, right on the beach, great views, great location to restaurants - not perfect

We chose this condo because it offered a covered balcony with a great ocean view, a beach that was right down the steps, and many dining options nearby. ( hard to find all 3 on the French side) As the photos show, there is also a common balcony right above the beach with two tables and chairs, as well as a sitting area with a few chairs. This is definitely one of the best sections of Grand Case Beach. The water is not too choppy, the beach is fairly wide, and there are no obstacles in the water - as you go further south, there are stretches where there are rocks in the water near the shore, as you go north, the beach gets pretty narrow. Ephraim, who lives onsite, puts out very nice lounge chairs and umbrellas each morning, and takes in the chairs and umbrellas every morning. ( you keep the extremely comfy beach cushions in your apartment when you are not using the chairs, and just bring them back and forth once per day ) As best I can tell, there are enough chairs and umbrellas for each guest, so there is no need to get there first thing in the morning. Another plus, and minus, is that it is right next to the Rainbow Cafe. The plus is that they offer food and drink service to the beach, and they were more than willing to serve us. On prior trips, we would go to a different beach each morning. We only did that twice this trip because it is hard to pass up such a beautiful beach steps from our door, with great chairs, and full bar service. The apartment is a nice size, and well equipped, and separate ac for the living area and bedroom, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The downside is the Rainbow Cafe. As other reviewers have noted they have a party every Monday night. We met other couples who had been staying a few weeks, and they said they would go to a casino till 2:30, because the noise was very loud. We just stayed in a hotel in a different town that night. The bar also had a band on Wed night, but don't know how regularly they do that. It was pretty loud till 12:30 even with earplugs, I couldn't sleep, though my wife did. Met Robert, an owner, he is great and says he is still trying to work something out with the bar about noise issues. The location in Grand Case is great - it is few minutes walk to a couple dozen restaurants, bakery, and a food store, and in less than 10 minutes, you can walk the full length of Grand Case restaurant row. Overall a great place, if they can do something about the noise it would be perfect.

Breathtaking view

Absolutely loved this apartment and would go there again in a heart beat. I would, however recommend renting another place on Monday nights as it is unbearable as far as sound and music coming from Rainbow Room. If that night were offered free, it would make sense because no one and I mean no one could bear it. Every other day and night was heaven. Everyone is sweet and accomodating and Efron is a gem. Thank you for all your help Efron !

Location Location!!

Great place in Grand Case. Everyone was very accommodating. Make sure you are ready for the party next door on Sundays at Rainbow Bar because it's loud, but you are on vaca, right? Right. There is nothing like Grand Case in the world. French food at your finger tips too.

Third year in a row!

Another terrific visit and stay at Jolie Beach! Clean, comfortable and well located! Phadya and Robert are great hosts and Efraim and Glenda are terrific help for incidentals of all sorts! The Monday night dance party, at the Rainbow Cafe next door, was a challenge but we survived. We went out for a late dinner and turned in early. Thankfully it is only one night. The "off" season (May) is a great time to visit Grand Case! The crowds are less and everything else is open and ready for business! I highly recommend a stay at Jolie Beach and a vacation in Grand Case!

This is a really nice place to stay in a great neighborhood. Glenda and Ephraim were very nice and helpful. Lots of fabulous restaurants nearby and the beach is beautiful. We explored a lot of the island and there's no place we wished we had stayed instead. We definitely will be back.'

Beautiful apartment on the beach with a spectacular view

We stayed at the Paradise apartment at Jolie Beach for three weeks in March 2017. It was the second time we stayed at Jolie Beach and we simply love the place. Other reviews have provided some details about the warmth and friendliness of both Ephraim and Glenda who take care of the property and ensure that those who stay there have all they needs met during their stay. They are lovely people indeed. The apartment itself is bright, modern and well equipped. The view is exceptional and the balcony is a wonderful feature. As others have noted, Jolie Beach is located in the middle of Grand Case Bay and the beach is perfect. The building is near many good restaurants that provide beach service for food and drinks. Other excellent restaurants are located in Grand Case, which is a culinary centre for the island of St Martin/St Maarten. Several reviews have noted the loud Monday parties at the Rainbow café located next door to Jolie Beach. Monday is indeed a very big party and loud music goes on until 2 am or so. This problem affects some residents more so than others. While it is true that ear plugs are helpful, the loud music doesn't bother us much. Potential visitors who hope to have a very quiet environment will likely not be pleased with the noise and should take this matter into consideration. For us, Jolie Beach is quite perfect. We have been to St Martin many times in the past and would not consider staying in any other location on the island. And the same is true for Jolie Beach. We love it there and feel at home when we are there. I highly recommend it...and we'll be back again next year.

The Paradise apartment in Jolie Beach was outstanding. Apartment was impeccable and the views of the water breathtaking. Ephraim and Glenda checked in with us daily for three weeks to ascertain that there were no issues with the apartment and there were no issues. If only we could get the owner of the Rainbow Bar next door to turn down his music on Monday nights so that all his neighbors could live their lives without his Mojito Party music infringing in the lives of everyone around. A little respect and consideration for neighbors is the least you would expect one would think. (common courtesy)

Great location, great property.

This is alittle late but we spent a spectacular week from May 7th 2016 onwards. To start, Phadya was more than accommodating, and her staff Ephraim and Glinda were fantastic as well. The stay we had was located on a second floor in the building facing the water. We were a wooden stairwell and a sliding glass door from paradise. The only thing in this world as good as the view and the beach were the world class french cuisine within walking distance from our room. It will definitely be a repeat destination at some point in my future.

Perfect vacation home!

Jul 22, 2016 I just wanted to thank you Phadya and Robert for our wonderful vacation in Grand Case. Your condo was so comfortable and inviting that we felt right at home. The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking! We would just sit and watch the sunsets and listen to the waves each evening. The beach was beautiful and the water was always so calm and warm. I was sad to leave this wonderful place today. It was certainly one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in a long time. Grand Case is a unique village with everything in walking distance. The restaurants.... So many of them, shopping and entertainment. No need for a car. We had a choice being active or just spending lazy days on the beach. Just amazing!!! It was so lovely to meet you Phadya. Ephram and Glenda were wonderful and very helpful to us also. Relaxing Getaway!

Our second year at Jolie Beach and everything was wonderful, again! Proximity to the calm waters of Grand Gase Bay and outstanding restaurants make Jolie Beach an ideal "home base" for a vacation in French St. Martin! The Jolie Beach condos are modern, well maintained and clean. Local bakeries and cafes make breakfast and lunch easy and inexpensive and the well stocked kitchenette gives the option of eating those meals "in!" Ephaim and Glynda, the on site staff, are accessible and more than helpful! Phadya and Robert, the owners, are also locals, whose only wish is that your stay in St. Martin be first class all the way! Wonderful Stay

This review is long overdue as we stayed at the apartment at the tail end of 2015......sorry Robert and Phadya. Absolutely enjoyed our vacation in Grand Case. We had stayed in GC before and I can tell you this is a outstanding value in comparison. The apartment is precisely as described and photographed. What isn't mentioned is it sits in front of the absolute best stretch of level, plentiful sand in GC. Phadya and Robert were wonderful from booking on through our entire stay. We were heavily delayed in immigration coming in yet Robert and Ephraim waited patiently to get us into our apartment and a reserved parking place right in front of the door. Complaints/Suggestions? Not much to report here. wifi was spotty and needed to be reset, but we were trying to stay off the grid anyway. A proper foot shower would be good for the guests and especially the hosts since it was difficult to keep sand from migrating with only a basin to rinse off your feet. We truly felt fortunate to have found this gem. Cheers to Robert, Phadya, Ephraim, and Glenda. We look forward to returning.

Great week at Grand Case and Jolie Beach!

My wife and I had the opportunity to stay for a week at this wonderful property in Grand Case. The owners Robert and Phadya were extremely prompt with any questions we had and booking the property was simple and efficient. We had researched many other locations and chose this rental because of the location in Grand Case near the restaurants and right on the beach as well as the very fair price and great reviews it has received. On arrival we were met by Ephraim the on site manager and the owner Phadya. The apartment was well maintained, clean and previous pictures were accurate. After our week the only suggestion we could offer to make it even more relaxing was to add darker shades in bedroom. Amazing view of beach right out front and only a few steps away. Lounge chairs always available and after walking the length of the beach this truly is the best spot on the beach. We had the chance to meet both of the owners and their children and were impressed with how sincerely nice the family is. The motto of St. Martin is " the friendly island" and everyone at this property epitomized that fine trait. Glenda who works at the attached coffee shop, and Ephraim the manager are examples of happy people loving what they do. Always smiling and ready to help! Previous reviews mentioned the noise from the Rainbow Restaurant next door. Just wear ear plugs for one night or go and join them. We slept through it just fine. We taxied to and from airport for $35 each way and did not see any reason to rent a car. Taxi and bus available anywhere you need to go without hassle of parking. We walked everywhere and Grand Case is only a few blocks long with all the great restaurants nearby. We ate at a different spot each night and all were very good but our favorite was the La Villa. Tuesday night carnival was fun and much enjoyment was had people watching while we ate dinner as the parade passed us by. Overall a great place, great people, great restaurants nearby and a sun filled beach! We will be back to Paradise view at Jolie Beach!

Excellent location

Very nice facilities with a terrific beach and location. Everything was perfect including the weather. The area is safe and the people are generally friendly. The property owners are very nice people who make every effort to ensure a great stay. We will be back again, for the third time! Dave & Heather, New Brunswick CANADA

Great apartment in Grande Case

Wonderful one bedroom apartment and great view of grande case beach. We stayed here for four nights at the end of October. The pictures are exactly how the apartment looks. Everyone was helpful during our stay and very easy to communicate with before our arrival. The location of the apartment is a short walk to all the wonderful restaurants in Grande Case. We would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Vacation Rental!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach front apartment. The apartment is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, a wonderful French bakery and, of course, the beach! It was so nice to be able to walk down to the beach every morning, and to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset over Grand Case each evening. Efraim and Glenda were great to have around everyday - they were so helpful and attentive. We had a rental car, and it was great to have a parking spot right in front of the apartment. There is also a great supermarket just a few minutes drive down the road. We have nothing but wonderful memories from this trip - and we will most definitely be back again!! Thank you to Phadya and Robert for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time!

That was our third visit to St. Martin. We were staying at Grand Case Beach Club and Palm Hotel at Orient Beach before, but this time I decided to try private property. Rental process was easy and the rate was very affordable. Robert and Phadya were a pleasure to work with. Robert called my cell after our plane landed and was waiting for us in front of the property. He introduced us to Ephraim and Glenda who were managing the property on daily basis. Robert took us our apartment and told us about surroundings including supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacy. We were staying at Paradise 1BR/1BA apartment on the second floor. It was one of the best condos in the building, recently renovated, spotless clean and had pretty much everything you need facing Grand Case beach. It also had the most spectacular view of the sea and Anguilla from a glass balcony. The only thing I would like to mention is that the bathroom is extremely narrow and if you are full figured person, you will have hard time fitting there. By far, this property has one of the best locations on the beach. No need for the car unless you would like to explore the island. There are literary over 20 restaurants within walking distance. Ephraim, Carlos and Glenda were there every day ready to help and answer any questions. We did not have hot water and after telling that to Ephraim he fixed it within 5 minutes. Apparently someone turn off the switch on the boiler. If you need towels or any supplies just ask Glenda. She also arranged a taxi for us for our ride to airport. We were advised about the Monday night noise, but probably because of our luck that particular Monday the party started at 9:00PM and was going until 3:10AM. And even after the music ends people were gathering in the backyard under our bedroom window and yelling until probably 4:30AM. So we had pretty much no sleep that night. US $$ now is up so no need to exchange it for euros and most of the places were taking 1$=1 Euro which was great for us. Just ask Ephraim or Glenda and they will point you to a nice restaurant with good reasonably priced food. So, overall we had a great time and I would highly recommend Jolie Beach apartments as great place to stay in Grand Case!

After enjoying our honeymoon in Saint Martin in 1999, we fell in love with the island. It's beaches, it's people, the food, the overall ambiance were all aspects of the island that fascinated us.
After returning a few times on vacation, we decided it was time to call this friendly island our Home. we have been living in Saint Martin for the past 10 years now, and have continued to love it ever since. We have three beautiful children who much enjoy the island life as well.
We have established ourselves in the food and beverage industry on the island and offer wholesale services to all supermarkets, some hotels and restaurants. Having Studied Hotel management, and coming from a family of hotel owners, my wife decided to venture in what is and always has been her true passion. Together with her knowledge of the trade and our passion for traveling and experiencing new places, we decide that these apartments should ensure that your expectations are met. Thus, Jolie beach apartments is exactly what we would expect for a perfect week or two on a tropical paradise. Great beach, Great restaurants, Fun in the Sun, and the privacy of staying in , cooking a great meal and capturing the panaramic view of the beach, the ocean, and Anguilla.

when living in Saint Martin, one ends up falling in love with a certain spot, and for us, the Grand Case bay is the most beautiful of all the beaches on the Island. When the opportunity came for us to purchase theses apartments, we did no think twice, and enjoyed the thought of being able to share this paradise with others.
