Relax with the whole family at this quiet, and peaceful coastal retreat. It features a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom two story with a beautiful view of the marsh.
The back of the property has full length verandas so you can enjoy the marsh side view and saltwater breeze.
One of the best features of this property is the floating dock with deep water access to try your hand at fishing.
With large game room, and even larger kitchen / dining areas, there is something for the whole family to enjoy.

We love this house and property. This was our second stay. We love fishing off the dock and crabbing. The kids enjoyed air hockey.

Our stay was amazing! The views of the morning sunrise and sunset from every window on the backside of the home just made the day that much better! The home was clean and cozy! I would recommend staying here with kids of all ages! We had 15 month old all the way up to 16 year old and there was something for everyone! We will be staying here again in the future!

Our family had a wonderful stay!This home was so quiet and comfortable had everything that we needed for our stay.We enjoyed fishing and watching the sun set!The home was beautiful and we really enjoyed the ping pong table.Check in and check out was a breeze. Very family friendly home!

The property definitely needs some updating. The house was not as clean as expected. The water pressure in the house is very low. The bathrooms need towel bars. The floors were dirty. I will not be staying here again.

Summer camp family weekend

We stayed at the house so we could visit our boys who are working at camp connect this summer. The house was perfect. We had 10 people and we were all comfortable. The views from the balcony are amazing. We enjoyed our weekend very much and got a later check put to spend more time with them. They enjoyed fishing, the games and sitting around in the living room and the balcony.

Coastal Tranquility

Everything exactly as pictured… beautiful marsh view.. be aware of tides. Crabbing was fun.! Location to SSI, JI and Brunswick could not be better. Perfect hideaway: remote location while still close to beaches. Great for large group or smaller retreat. Bed we slept in was comfy!

Very peaceful

If you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay that isn’t far from fun things to do, this is a great place. Ping-pong, air hockey, video games. Outdoor grill and little dock for fishing. Just a really nice quiet time.

Enjoyed our stay with exceptions

Beautiful property and really nice neighbors. The kitchen is not awesome. So many things are without their parts. I was so glad that I brought my smoothy bullet. The toaster was on it's last leg as was many other kitchen items. The one there, was missing it's metal part and the large smoothy cup. There are zero sharp knives. Lot's of tuperware with no lids. A light above the island was out. The lights above the gas stove were all out. I'm not used to a gas stove, so I wanted lights. The gas grill was out of propane. The charcole grill wasn't possible to start because there was no lighter fluid. These things were very disappointing when I wanted to cook. Make sure that these things are fixed before you spend a lot of money on this place. Other than that, it was lovely. I was excited to grill. Oh well. I had to bake the food, which turned out poorly. I filled the fridge with grilling items unaware that it was a no go. Waiste of money.

Beautifu getaway

We stayed for a 3 night weekend. The house was just as it was advertised . Lots of room with a great playroom and a beautiful view of the marsh. Quiet and relaxing. We all enjoyed our time there!

Exactly what we needed

We absolutely loved our stay. It was peaceful and quiet. The home was absolutely beautiful and spacious. We all love different things about the home. I love the beautiful sunrises you could see from the bedroom. My husband loved the ability to just walk out to the docks and my son loved the game room. We look forward to visiting again fantastic communication with the owner and super easy check-in and checkout.

Peaceful

Love the layout of this house and the views of the marsh are fantastic! We saw dolphins and Osprey! This home is perfect for families. Great open space for the family to hang out yet bedrooms still offer quiet and privacy. It is ideal if you want a home base to get out and explore all the surrounding areas without the hassle of crowds of people. Clean home with gorgeous views that does offer tranquility.

We Loved our stay

Overall it was so quiet and peaceful. Only negative was the front porch light, Laundry light and outside yard lights did not work. I think bulbs needing changing, the ceiling fans had dust on them and there was a huge spill in one of the kitchen cabinets where someone spilled something on the island. Overall would most defiantly stay here again.
