Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon sunset on our homey outdoor furniture on the upstairs patio. Downstairs you will find a gas grill, picnic table, and benches to enjoy food fresh off the grill. Bikini Bottom is a pet-friendly home with a fenced-in yard and a friendly neighborhood where you can take your fluffy friend on a walk. This home is nothing short of amazing. In the sought-after neighborhood of Sea Isle, this lovely home is a short 4-minute drive from the beach and walking distance to local-favorite restaurants, marina, and more. Create your favorite memories of driving down to the beach, sipping cool drinks with your toes in the sand, and taking in the sunshine. Rinse off in the home's outdoor shower and walk on over to the West-End Marina & Restaurants - a lovely, large palapa and outdoor venue over the Marina. Enjoy lunch or dinner while watching the boats come and go, or liven up your weekend by listening to live music on Friday and Saturday nights. This beach house is also within walking distance of a pickleball court, tennis court, and a wonderful play area/park. The community has a swimming pool for owners and guests. The large park and covered dining space surrounding the pool are perfect for picnicking and making fun memories. If you choose to use the pool there is a $100 fee that covers up to 10 guests for one week (if interested, please contact the property manager after the booking).
