You will never want to leave the picturesque outdoor haven, which boasts marvelous mountain views. Five sitting areas provide additional spots to take in the scenery. Enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by an Italian garden, next to a 60-year-old olive tree and rosemary aromas. Spend blissful days by the private heated pool and pool spa. Kick back next to the gas fireplace in the living area, outfitted with a smart TV and plenty of seating for the group. A smaller dining table is also furnished for additional seating.

The primary bedroom includes patio access and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has an en suite with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom offers direct patio access.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 80 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
