You`ll find that this is the perfect home base for your Cincinnati adventures. The spacious apartments offer a number of beds, common spaces, and private bedrooms to recharge. With dedicated, off-street parking, you get the excitement of the city without any of the hassle or cost of parking your vehicle.

This listing is perfect for work groups, family trips and reunions, visitors for Reds or Bengals games, or just groups looking to experience downtown. It`s nearby to many restaurants and bars. Though built in 1860, the building has been transformed into modern apartments with the comfort of central AC, heat, and free wifi. Enjoy the intact historic hardwood floors while you take in a panorama view of the city skyline from the living room windows. In front of the building you`ll find a Cincy RedBike station, where you can have access to rental bikes and secure docking stations for a full 24 hours for only $8.

The four apartments feature a total of 7 bedrooms with 4 queen beds, 2 full beds, a twin bed, a 2 full-size pull-out sleeper sofa beds, 2 double-high queen inflatable air beds, and a couch. For groups comfortable sharing beds, the apartments can sleep 20+.

We`re happy to help as needed or stay out of your way. We live nearby and are available to assist with anything you need. We`ve gone so far as to give tours to guests when we have time, and other guests we haven`t seen at all. It`s totally up to you.

Airbnb has put in place a global ban on parties. Parties are **strictly** forbidden in all Airbnb listings. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party, you will be denied entry without refund. Please contact us if you have questions about this policy. Cincinnati Municipal Code considers unauthorized parties to be criminal trespassing under ORC 2911.21

You may also be denied entry on the basis of any of the following if you do not send a message *before* completing your reservation. If you meet any of the following criteria you may be required to sign a contract, put an ID on file, and pay a security deposit:

i) If you are from the local area, or ii) If you are booking same-day, or iii) If you have negative reviews or no reviews.

Our neighborhood Over the Rhine is home to Cincinnati`s best and most numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, parks, and even two breweries in walking distance. We`re walking distance to Music Hall and the spaces where the Opera, Ballet, and Symphony play. If you`re here for the baseball game, Great American ballpark is just over a 1 mile walk (or rather, hop on the Streetcar a few blocks away!). We`re also one of the country`s largest intact historic neighborhoods, with an absolutely beautiful stock of charming Italianate architecture.

With dedicated off-street parking, pull right in and get settled. Once settled, you can easily walk to or from most areas of Over the Rhine. Immediately in front of the apartment is a Cincy RedBike station, where you can access rental bikes for 24 hours for only $8. Alternatively, you can hop on the streetcar about 5 blocks away and go north all the way to Rhinegeist brewery or south all the way to the Riverfront and the ballparks for just $1 (or $2 for a day pass). Uber is ubiquitous and typically a car will reach you within 5 minutes if not sooner.

----------Section 1 - Security Deposits:------------

This property has a security deposit hold collected by us via credit/debit card. It is similar to an incidentals hold that you would pay at a hotel prior to checking in. At our discretion we may waive this deposit hold. We collect this security deposit through your credit card. It is between $300 - $500 (see the listing check-out page for details).

----------Section 2- Important House Rules (and Consequences) ------------

We strive to provide a polite request to come into compliance with our rules in the event of issues. If the request is not honored then your reservation may be terminated without refund, at our discretion.

SAME-DAY RESERVATIONS: If you are placing a reservation for same-day check-in, please contact us first. If you place the reservation without contacting us first then you may be denied entry, at our discretion.

CONSEQUENCES FOR THROWING PARTIES INCLUDES PROSECUTION: Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without our advance, written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. See ORC 2911.21. If you throw an unauthorized party, we may choose to press charges for criminal trespass. You and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, at our discretion. Whether behavior constitutes a party is determined at our sole discretion, but would include things like bringing extra guests into the property, people coming in and out, etc.

NOISE AND DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without our advance written consent.

SMOKING AND FLAMES NOT ALLOWED: Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else.

VIOLATING OUR RULES MAY RESULT IN RESERVATION TERMINATION: At our discretion, we may terminate your reservation for a violation of our house rules -- no matter the time of day or night. You will not be refunded and may incur additional fees.

DISHONEST OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR: Dishonest behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund, at our discretion. Abusive behavior will result in termination of your reservation without refund: yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing members of our team is considered abusive behavior.

WE RETAIN COMPLETE CONTROL OF THE PROPERTY: We reserve the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb our neighbors, or harm the reputation of our property. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party then you will be denied entry.

----------Section 4 - Additional Fees and how to Avoid Them ------------

The following may incur a fee:
1) Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.

2) Pet hair: $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet`s hair from the property.

3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher.

4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don`t do it.

5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock.

6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee which we will collect through the Airbnb resolution center.

7) Security fees: If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150.
