RENOVATED Hyde Park Carriage House
Take an early morning walk with water views along famed Bayshore Blvd, window shop in Hyde Park, enjoy the weekend art/farmers market, indulge in decadent Hyde Park restaurants, live a little with the lively bar life in SoHo, then come back and relax in our NEWLY renovated 600 sq ft, 2nd floor carriage house, located in a high end family neighborhood.
It is a 1/1, with a new KING bed (firm) in the bedroom, a new pull out QUEEN Murphy bed (soft memory foam) and a new twin pull out ottoman in the living room.
Sheets, towels, and blankets/comforters will be provided for up to 2 guests. Additional linens/towels will be provided for the murphy bed/pull out for any additional guests listed on the reservation, so make sure to let us know of all guests in advance.
For entertainment, we have a large wall mounted TV in the living room, and wall mounted TV in the bedroom, with wifi access.
The large new kitchenette with bar seating has quartz counters, with a full size fridge, microwave & dishwasher. A Keurig coffee maker and a starter supply of K-cups will be provided, as well as dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs and wine glasses.
In the new bathroom, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a blow drier, and hair straightener (along with towels, hand soap, and TP). The large walk-in closet has enough room for your items, plus a brand new washer and dryer to do laundry, although obtaining laundry soap outside of the starter amount is guest's responsibility.
The unit is self catered. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available for use, usually sufficient enough for a 1 night stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies, and all food and beverages.
Enjoy the outdoors in our fenced in, private (but narrow) outdoor patio space.
Outdoor lights are either motion sensor (stairs) or on a set timer for nighttime light.
Please NO large parties or guests that are not delcared on the reservation. We live in the property next door. Due to city architectural/engineering limitations on the unit, please do not have more than 5 people in the unit at one time.
Dogs are allowed with an additional $75 per dog pet fee. You must leash pets when walking them in the neighborhood, and pick up any waste during walks/ in the backyard. Owners subject to reimbursing for any repair costs associated with pet damage to the house.
