Escape to the 3rd floor for a serene sleeping and relaxing or gaming space. The open-concept design ensures plenty of natural light and seamless flow between areas.

KITCHEN: The well-equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, gas range, double ovens, and a Cuisinart Air Fryer Toaster oven, Espresso machine & Blender. Enjoy meals together at the 5-seat island, screened in patio or the adjacent dining area.

COMMUNITY: DeBordieu Colony is a private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island South Carolina on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. Guests at Seawind Retreat have access to a TENNIS MEMBERSHIP that provides access to 2 community pools, pickleball, tennis, fitness center and dining at 3 on property restaurants. Contact the DeBordieu Club directly to register for a guest account. A $200 per day fee will apply.
