casa de playa excepcional con espacio confortable. El 3800 pies cuadrados (5.000 con zonas de estar porche de la pantalla) está completamente amueblada con 4 dormitorios y 4 1/2 baños. La espaciosa planta abierta cuenta con 2 zonas de estar, amplia cocina moderna, ascensor, ventiladores de techo, y un armario espacio increíble. Todas las habitaciones excepto por una tiene acceso a un amplio porche con preciosas vistas. Esta casa también tiene una ducha al aire libre y agradable espacio al aire libre con un área de la parrilla. DeBordieu es una comunidad costera privada cerrada que cuenta con 6 millas de playas con poca gente. Esta casa / lugar tiene muchos atractivos para hacer de este lugar de vacaciones en su hogar lejos de casa.

I’m done with the VRBO experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used to live nearby and after moving away came to this area frequently for vacation, but we won’t be back. It’s now overbuilt, crowded, and the DeBordieu community wants to charge outrageous fees to use their facilities. Thanks to VRBO, there are a ton of fees tacked on to make what is now a now mediocre experience entirely too expensive. This is a nice property, but I don’t like feeling like I’m being taken for a ride to do even basic things like rent a golf cart, swim in a pool, or buy a snack just off of the beach. This isn’t a critique of the property or the owner. It’s a critique of the system and overall experience.

Thanks for the low review. PRIOR to booking on VRBO you have the ability to review all the charges as well as the rental agreement which clearly states all charges and fees. IF you would have contacted our office, we could have provided some alternatives or cost saving measures. DeBordieu is a private gated community that offers a very exclusive experience. Just like everything else, fees have increased, but we still have many repeat guests that understand the value and cost associated with this community. Sorry you did not have a great stay on our coast, maybe next time try Florida :)

While we were originally supposed to be ocean front, Ron’s Retreat was a great home!
