Ven a experimentar la vida en el campo de Carolina del Sur en una de las comunidades más EXCLUSIVAS de la costa de Carolina del Sur. Esta comunidad frente al mar cuenta con galardonados campos de golf, tenis, restaurantes, múltiples piscinas, juegos infantiles, áreas de pesca, senderos naturales y mucho más.

Ubicada en el área de Ocean Park Loop de DeBordieu, esta casa ofrece maravillosas vistas desde los porches y dormitorios. Con cuatro dormitorios y 3 baños, esta habitación es perfecta para que dos familias disfruten de unas GRANDES vacaciones de verano. La casa también cuenta con cocina completa, televisión por cable, wifi, lavadora / secadora, porche cubierto y ducha exterior fría / caliente.

El primer piso cuenta con un dormitorio con cama queen size y baño. El segundo piso tiene dos habitaciones adicionales: King master con baño privado y 3er dormitorio con dos camas individuales y baño completo.

El cuarto dormitorio está ubicado en el tercer piso con techo alto y una vista maravillosa con una NUEVA litera doble / doble.

Esta casa también cuenta con juegos de mesa, una extensa colección de DVD, APPLE TV y mucho más. Este es realmente un hogar divertido para la familia.

Esta casa es para no fumadores y no admite mascotas. No se permiten motocicletas ni casas rodantes en la propiedad. Alquiler de sábado a sábado durante el verano y nocturno o semanal en temporada baja.

Just ok

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious house. good location to beach, but they have now blocked the golf cart trail to non-residents of that area so you have to walk. The mattresses are seriously cheap and incredibly soft. The comforters are stained. There is visible water damage inside the home. The shingles are falling off the outside where there is also visible water damage on the porch. The kitchen needs updating. The stove is so old it’s about to come back in style. The range is on the island and felt dangerous around small kids. No chance I rent here again. 100% chance we go back to debordieu. And we like renting from Tidelife and will use them again.

Short walk to the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, short walk to the beach. Access to amenities in the community costs $200 a day. We did not partake. Loved the architecture of the house. It has a wraparound porch with rocking chairs, patio furniture and swing. The view of the landscaping is beautiful as is the ocean view from the top 2 floors. The interior of the home has lovely hardwood floors and older carpeting with some stains. On the main floor is the living room combination dining room which is large and has plenty of seating. A den with a TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen which is large enough for a large group but is not stocked well with pots, pans, and bowls. As noted by the rental agency only 1 roll of paper towels, 1 packet of dishwasher soap, 1 garbage bag. No seasonings or extras unless left by a prior guest. There is a laundry room, no soap unless left by a prior guest. There is a bedroom with a queen size uncomfortable bed and an attached full bathroom that has a door to the bedroom and the hall. No 1/2 bathroom (inconvenient floor plan). As noted by the rental agency, only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 sample size soap in the shower. On the 2nd floor is a large primary bedroom with a deck, and a king size uncomfortable bed. The large bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, and shower were great. Across the hall is a bedroom with 2 twin uncomfortable beds and an attached full bathroom that has a door to the bedroom and the hall. This bathroom was shared by the guests in the top floor bedroom which has a bunkbed. The top bed is a twin and the bottom bed is a comfortable double. The view of the ocean is amazing. The closet was full and could not be used. This was the only room with a comfortable bed. The rest of the rooms have mattresses that have outlived their useful life. The use of a 4 inch foam topper did not help. Found live and dead bugs in the house. Rental agency will deal with it. Location was great!

Legasea Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay, overall, in this spacious and well-located rental in DeBordieu. Communication with the rental agency staff was easy and seamless. Unfortunately, the refrigerator in the house stopped working a couple of days into our stay. The rental company was quick to have an appliance rental company deliver one until a new refrigerator was delivered and installed the next day. We ended up having to throw some food items away, but salvaged the majority of our food. The rental refrigerator was located in the garage, also, so it was slightly inconvenient for us. However, Tidelife acted quickly to ensure the new refrigerator arrived the next morning. The ice maker never worked before we left, so we had to buy ice. There were tiny ants in a few places in the kitchen, but we sprayed (spray was included under the kitchen sink) for those ourselves. I reported the ants upon check-out, as I wanted Tidelife to hopefully take care of the situation before the next renters arrived later in the day. I also reported that the ice maker was still not working. Besides those issues/inconveniences, and the pretty dated decor and condition of some rooms, it was a nice property. The living area is huge and the tv room/den was nice. The porch was a huge plus, also.

Lovely Stay!

From bikes to pots and pans to towels and wash cloths, the house was well stocked. The house was also neat and clean. The bedrooms were big, as were the closets. The house had some nice sitting areas for watching TV or curling up with a book. The rental company was quite friendly and helpful when we couldn't figure out the wifi password and called on Thanksgiving! All in all a fantastic stay, can't wait to go back!

Nice location, in need of some TLC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and the house had everything we needed plus a great location close to the beach. There were however, some concerns. This house is advertised as a 4 bedroom but the top bedroom is really an open loft with a bunk bed that is not really meant for adults. The a/c up there was also not acceptable. The beds were in desperate need of new mattresses. We had to go out and buy a mattress topper for one of the beds, which Tidelife took care of. This is the first time we have ever encountered this type of problem while renting through Tidelife. The refrigerator was also a bit wonky. The freezer wasn't cold enough and the ice maker did not provide much ice, so we went out and bought bags of ice every day. I would like to recommend this house for many reasons but with the caveats of the condition of the beds and the 4th bedroom being an open loft. As always, it was a pleasure dealing with Tidelife.

Location was great! House could use some update. The amenities are terrible, We offered to pay fees or setup accounts, but our house would not allow access to golf facilities. This was very inconvenient for the guys to play golf! An $200 a day for pool - No Thank You! Beach equipment was nice and very professional! Short walk to beach which was beautiful!

Wonderful Experience

This house was perfect for the needs of three families, is very close to the beach, and has a wonderful open kitchen, dining, and living room area. The den is perfectly secluded so those watching TV can enjoy it while others socialize in the open rooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with great water pressure, and the third floor is great, especially for watching an afternoon storm. The house has everything you could need (golf cart, boogie boards, grill, chairs, etc.), and you can tell the owners love their house, as they should. As to the beach, you have more privacy in the Ocean Park area, but it is only a short walk to the beach club. The kids loved an ocean swim followed by a dip in the pool. In addition, Suzanne's attention to detail and 5-star customer service really sets this house apart and ensures that you will have a great time. Suzanne provides a Ritz-Carlton like experience in a private DeBordieu home, and I cannot say enough good things about her service. If you are considering a DeBordieu experience, we could not give Suzanne or this house a higher recommendation.

Great location, new mattresses needed in all rooms

The mattresses on all beds are not conducive to sleeping - major sagging or hard/lumpy to the point that it interferes severely with sleep for all age and size ranges. There was sand on the stairs and hairs in the bathrooms that were not cleaned well. The ice maker in the fridge only makes about 15 ice cubes a day so we had to leave the property several times to purchase ice.

Perfect location

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, only steps away and listening to the ocean on the porch. The location could not be better and we felt great about our teens roaming, biking, etc. As other reviewers mentioned, my only recommendation would be improving the mattresses/bedding. The rental company was great to work with and we enjoyed our vacation gear rentals as well. The kitchen was very well equipped and the home was so cozy! Thank you for sharing it with our family and we would love to go back!

Great location. Charming House

Only complaint is the mattress in the master bedroom was in poor condition. Loved having the master on the top floor. Very beachy casual place.
