Modern 7BD/5.5BTH home that sleeps 14 with private pool, unbelievable arcade game room, and access to a beautiful community clubhouse/lazy river (for an additional fee). The home is located just 12 miles from Disney. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, well furnished kitchen, TVs and beyond to ensure an at home feel. The pool has a bathroom steps away. Access to pool/spa heat at an additional cost.

The space
This large 2 story, 7 bedroom private home is located in Solterra Resort, a vacation home resort with a guarded gate, clubhouse, water slide and lazy river.

Swimming Pool
You will have access to not only the clubhouse pool but a private pool and spa (heated for an additional fee- send inquiry for pricing). This pool does have a pool fence installed for safety
*Please Note* When pool/spa heat is requested by the guest on a reservation, the heater is turned on 24 hours prior to the guest check in date and runs for approximately 8 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and shut off in the evening. The pool temperature when heating is on ranges between 74 and 84 degrees depending on the outdoor weather. During cooler months the purchase of pool/spa heat can only be guaranteed to reach 10 degrees warmer than the coolest daily ambient temperature. Please provide 48 hours notice for pool/spa heat services you wish you have during your stay

Other Key Items
Private pool/spa heating is available for additional fees (please send inquiry for pricing). We supply a starter pack of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soaps, laundry soaps, and paper towel as well as travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap with the intent of getting you started. We do not have a large supply of these items in the home for guests as we cannot accurately determine a suitable amount that satisfies all guest sizes and durations of stay. Given that it can be humid we do not stock spices as they tend to be unfavorable after being stored for lengths of time. We leave out one set of towels per sleeping arrangement for the stay, a hand towel in the kitchen at the stove, and a sponge for the kitchen. We don't leave any dish rags out to avoid them ending up in the garbage disposal. The community only allows 5 vehicles per home.

It was esay to check in. The was was great the game room was great after a long day at amusement park's for kids. The pool in back was great.

Family Vacay

Except for a few hiccups (I.e. cue sticks tips broken and cleanliness issues) we had a nice time. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool. We appreciated the host accommodating our needs in a timely manner.

Amazing

We looked for something fun and close to where my son would be playing college baseball. The listing was exactly as advertised, my husband and I walked in and was so happy with how spotless everything was, our girls absolutely loved being able to have their own space but still be together. Heated pool and hot tub was perfect for all and the child gate is an added bonus for our toddler. Will stay again if we need to be in the area! Thank you for a great family vacation!

Roomy but…

The place was roomy and fit our extended family of 12. Brent was very responsive. The upstairs AC and the garbage disposal were not working when we got there but he was able to get a maintenance person to fix them within 24-48 hours. The game room was a lot of fun. Most of the sheets looked clean although a couple of beds had old stains on the white sheets. The house really needs a deep cleaning. Stains on all the walls, grimy feeling carpet throughout the house. Moldy cheezits kept rolling out from under the couch, and we found clothing from prior guests under the couch and under the beds. The pool table is slanted and the cues and triangle are broken. This place could be 5 stars if they would just take the time to clean it well and repaint the walls and wash the carpets.

Disney Christmas Vacation

I want to start off with that we have rented many homes when vacationing and I can say this is the first house that was a big disappointment. The house itself is nice but not kept up at all. Here are just a few things that were wrong with the house…living room blinds broken (broken blinds stored in pantry and laundry room), decor broken, walls/curtains dirty with stains, trash can broken, oven still had foil in it from used before (we didn’t end up using it), beds uncomfortable, pool sticks broken, towels left in dryer, bathroom holders coming out from the wall, no starter stuff for example hand soap, trash bag (not even one), etc. I did reach out to the owner to advise and offered to send pictures so that we don’t get charged for any damages but the response I got was “thanks for letting us know “. Oh and the cleaning people leave an envelope for gratuity which of course we didn’t leave. My family and friends made the best of it as this was our first time doing Christmas in Disney but unless the house has a major cleaning from another company and things get fixed in the house I wouldn’t recommend renting this house.

Barbara, We are sorry that you had a bad experience at our home. The message you sent to us was a list of items that you were noting and expressed you were making us aware so you wouldn't be charged for any existing damages and included the item of the lack of extra trash bags and that towels were left in the dryer in thay list. There wasn't a point in time where you expressed you wanted us to send anyone to address any of what we perceived as an informative list and we felt your message was more informative to us so we were aware of the items. My response was "thanks for letting us know", because it seemed appropriate based on the information being passed along to us and no request or notion that you required further service on the list. We absolutely take concerns seriously and we will go to any length when asked to remedy any situation that may arise. Most recently a guest asked us to change batteries in a clock and we sent the handyman within hours to do so. Beyond that we maintain the home very regularly from the little things to paint and so on. I most recently had the home repainted in entirety September of 2024 just months prior to your stay. I would definitely recommend making you desire to have anything remedied more clear to future hosts. We truly care about our guests experiences and appreciate the feedback whether good or bad to improve our listing and customer experience.

Perfect for young kids

The house was exactly as described in the listing. Clean and spacious. Pool cleaners came as described on time and it was warmed properly. I Have stayed in the community a handful of times before, this was our favorite home. The game room was perfect for our group of kids ( 6, 8,8,9) they spent a ton of time playing in there. One thing to note the game room is VERY LOUD, the sound is mostly keep to the game room area but when the door is opened or you are in side it can be overwhelming, might be too much for some but our kids really enjoyed themselves. Communication/check-in were easy and mostly stress free, we had parts of our family coming in at different times and everyone was able to get in and get settled with ease. My only complaint and it was a small one the grill was locked and when I reached out to inquire about it, I was told there would be an additional $45 dollar fee. This wasn’t anywhere in the listing, and from experience staying in the community was a bit steep of a charge. Not a huge deal but something that should be noted. This is one of the pricier houses in Solterra to stay in so it felt a bit unnecessary. important note the lazy river/water park is no longer free for guests. My family walked up 1 day and were told it would be a $50 day pass. This is a new change to the property and future guests should be aware. Overall my family had a fantastic stay 4.9 out of 5. The hang ups were small and did not greatly affect the overall vacation. A great home!

A Terrible Experience

We've stayed at multiple rentals like this in the past, and this was by far the worst experience we've ever had. Make sure you read the fine print! The pool isn't turned on or heated unless you request it 48 hours in advance, for an additional fee. The thermostat is locked with a pin code and can't be adjusted, so you're stuck with whatever it's set at. It's going to take you 20 minutes upon arrival to walk around and plug everything in because they're trying to save electricity? Not all arcade machines work, so don't plan on that. The house looks clean, but isn't cleaned to our standards. You won't feel "comfortable" sitting around or walking barefoot in the house. The cooking utensils, pots/pans look like they were bought at a yard sale...don't plan to use them. There are about 8 towels total in the house (with tears and holes), and maybe 3 rags total. Plan to bring your own. Also, plan to bring your own paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. It was not provided. Check out is at 10 a.m. At 9 a.m., housekeeping arrived and waited in the driveway, harassing us every time we stepped outside until we were finally ready to depart. We definitely will not stay here again, and suggest you do the same.

Ben, it's unfortunate that you had an experience as described above. You first grew upset after you misread the listing about the pool heating component, which we clearly advertise in the listing in several places as well as the welcome message. As expressed it takes 2 days to heat the pool, so we need the 48 hours advanced notice. The starter pack of items such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and detergents is expressed in the listing and those details were not kept from you in any fashion. I'm unsure about what you mean about the pots and pans or towels. We actually have a very nice set of non stick pans and we resupply the towels to the home very regularly as the cleaners let us know they are needed. With that comment, we did purchase another new set of non stick pans. You gave no information about what arcade game was not functioning and we do have an arcade tech that we use to maintain the arcade games in the event of an issue. As far as the thermostat, yes we do have the downstairs unit set where it cannot go below 70 because guests leave the pool door open and then turn the A/C down. It's unfortunate that you did not review the details of our listing and we do our best to ensure each guest is reminded to thoroughly review our listing for details pertinent to the stay at the time of booking.

Pictures Do no Justice....

This home was great and so spacious. The pictures do no justice to what this home has to offer. The arcade was the highlight of home. You will literally have to drag the kids out ( some adults as well) lol. But next time we visit or you definitely place this at the top of your consideration board ...you will not be disappointed. Great!

The property was great. The game room was a huge hit for both the kids and the adults. The house was big and spacious. The kids loved the themed rooms and the "kids living room" as they called it. The resort pool and slide was great also. One downside to the resort amenities were that they reached capacity one of the days and we had to wait until people left to be able to get in. Not a huge deal, just a little inconvenient. Wasn't very fun waiting, but the fact that the pool and slide was not over crowded made it ok. Communication with the house management was easy and quick everytime. Would highly recommend this house, and making reservations with the management. 10/10.
