Newly remodeled and welcoming, this bright unit will set you up for the perfect beach vacation. It is just steps away from glamorous, vibrant beachfront dining and a short stroll to the pier w/magical views, marvelous sunrises and romantic sunsets. Indulge in the comfort of this one bedroom unit with tasteful furnishings and décor that comes with on-premise laundry and free parking. Sun-basked by day and elegantly lit by night, courtyard comes with a heated pool, chaise longs and dining tables. The open-concept layout of the indoor space is tastefully furnished and decorated, providing plenty of seating on modern sofas or on chairs around the dining table. The sofa extends to a queen sofa bed. A 55” TV keeps the guests entertained, while a cozy fireplace creates a homey, welcoming feeling. The brand-new kitchen has quartz countertops, modern cabinetry, top freezer refrigerator and stainless-steel electric range and microwave. It includes coffee machine and toaster, service for 4 flatware set, plenty of glassware and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. Guests will find a nice assortment of condiments, as well as a starting supply on coffee, tea and water. The private stylishly furnished master bedroom suite comes with its own 43” TV, a king size bed equipped with a hybrid mattress, 4 hypoallergenic pillows, all season hypoallergenic down alternative microfiber comforter and good quality 100% cotton sheet set. The recently remodeled en-suite bathroom provides a generous shower with modern glass sliding doors. Along with the shower dispenser for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, the soap dispenser on the bathroom sink and the hair dryer, bathroom is equipped with few basic essentials just in case that the guests forgot to pack any. Guests will surely appreciate the quality of the immaculate bathroom towels. The second bedroom comes with a queen bad with similar bedding as the master and has an en-suite bathroom similar to the master one. A janitor walk-in closet accommodates iron machine, ironing board and broom/dustpan, as well as beach supplies: beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. The on-premise laundry room comes with stainless washer and dryer. This unit has direct access to a private patio with a little table and a couple of chairs, which is the ONLY place where smoking is allowed throughout the property. Sun-bathed by day and elegantly lit by night, the private fenced courtyard is an experience in itself. It has a gorgeous heated pool with a cascading water feature, chaise longs, dining tables with umbrellas and cozy seating areas. The property curb appeal is boosted by potted greeneries, well maintained and decorated yard and bright landscaping lights. Check in time is any time after 4pm. Please message or communicate with us if you are going to arrive earlier and we may be able to accommodate you. Please, park your vehicle in the driveway in front of the house. I would love to meet and greet you but we also offer self check in with a door code. Welcome to our small beachfront town on the Southeast coast of Florida, with beautiful white sand beaches, low-rise, family-owned hotels, shopping and many dining options, all within just a stroll. Lauderdale-By-The-Sea stretches from the Atlantic Ocean west to the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway, with beautiful marine sculptures along Commercial Boulevard. Here you will also find locally owned and operated shops with artisan jewelry, clothing, and gift items, as well as bistro-style eateries, ice cream shops, and bakeries along the way. Walking is the best way to get around LBTS – with all of our stores and restaurants within a five block area, a nice stroll is the easiest way to get around. Bike rentals are available at Pedrito’s Bike Shop on Commercial Blvd, or at B-Cycle rental stand on A1A just north of Commercial. No car needed in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea – take the Pelican Hopper! The Pelican Hopper offers free shuttle transportation six days a week around Lauderdale-By-The Sea at designated stops listed on the map and all BCT bus stops. The Water Taxi’s nearest stop to LBTS is south of Town, at Bokamper’s in Fort Lauderdale, just north of Oakland Park Blvd. on the Intracoastal Waterway. Take the Pelican Hopper to Stop #6 and you are a just a stroll away from Bokamper’s Water Taxi stop. There are three Broward County Transit (BCT) bus routes that easily access Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. These bus routes operate seven days a week. AMTRAK can take you from anywhere in America to the Orlando station, where you can ride all the way to Fort Lauderdale. Brightline is the only privately owned, operated and maintained passenger rail system in the United States. By providing express rail service you can easily travel to and from Lauderdale-By-The-Sea to Miami and West Palm Beach from the Fort Lauderdale station (the closest station to Lauderdale-By-The-Sea). Tri-Rail is a more frequent train option to take you from West Palm Beach, all the way to the Miami Airport. When taking Tri-Rail, hop off at the Cypress Creek Station. From there, you can take a taxi, Uber or Lyft to Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. Visit the Tri-Rail website for their full schedule. Take the Tri-Rail train to the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) or Miami Airport (MIA), which takes you right into one of the terminals at MIA, and to FLL with a quick shuttle over to the terminals.

Highly recommend...up to date, clean, and safe

Great place to stay, highly recommended. Up to date, clean, and safe. Customer service and hospitality were top notch. John is the owner and although we did not need anything, he was always outside tending to the property and very accessible.
