The bright, airy interior is enhanced by high white vaulted ceilings and sliding glass doors which flood the place with light and allow the gentle breeze to flow through. Pops of bold colour complement neutral tones of magnolia and mushroom. Open-plan in layout, there are two comfortable lounge areas, a dining area and bar. The large kitchen is stunning with quality wooden units, contemporary chrome appliances and a breakfast bar.

Newly renovated place, but bunch of little things didn't work

Seems like a brand new renovation so very nice downstairs, decent bedrooms, has a pool, pool table, on the water, etc. Host was also excellent about helping us rent a golf cart. However, a bunch of small things weren't great. The Wi-Fi was very weak over the entire apartment, the TV remote didn't work so we couldn't turn it on, the showers took a while (10-20 minutes) to go from cold water to hot water, and finding the location of the place was very hard--we didn't get the final location until days before we were supposed to arrive which made organizing taxis difficult. The location is fine, it's a little further from stuff than you'd think from a map because it's deep on a private alcove that only has one way in and out.

Wonderful

The house is gorgeous, perfect location and everything was ready and as expected. Loura was a fantastic host — responsive, knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely come back!

Not terrible, but wouldn’t recommend

The place looks like the pictures in the sense of set up but it’s a bit run down. I don’t find the place to be “updated”. To start we had to wash the sheets on the bed when we got there because they were stained with what seemed to be mildew or something of the sort. TWO of the bathrooms had NO HOT WATER the entire trip. When we returned from the beach to get ready for my birthday dinner reservation, we had no running water AT ALL. I contacted Carissa which is whom greeted us upon arrival. I called and texted back to back with no response from 5pm Saturday… I got NO RESPONSE until SUNDAY 6:59am, I also messaged the property host Felecia at that same time through VRBO, to this very moment she has still never responded not even an apology for the inconvenience. The following night the bedroom on the first floor locked us out, we could not get in I contacted Carissa, she came by 10pm that evening when we got back in but not one key in that home opened the door. Carissa said they could have someone by at 9am THE FOLLOWING MORNING, so my guest slept in the living no access to any of their things because it was all in the bedroom. Before Carissa arrived the next morning the power went out, and ONCE AGAIN no water. I must say I understand things happen, but these were too many things with the fact that the communication was poor especially when a guest has NO RUNNING WATER. The place is not terrible but I would NOT RECOMMEND & the Wi-fi does not work.

Family reunion 2023/24

Our host Laura was the best ever! She was over the top accommodating. I would not hesitate to book this property as Laura will make sure everything is perfect for you! The villa was amazing as well!
