Welcome to Beulah, Michigan’s “Blown Away,” a cottage aptly named after Crystal Lake’s unique and ever shifting waves, breezes, clear waters, and unforgettable sunsets.

Upon entering this West facing home, guests encounter an unobstructed view of the entire length of 10,000 acre Crystal Lake. Guests can enjoy this beautiful view inside, behind floor to ceiling windows, or outside, from the large, elevated deck.

Recently renovated, the 4 bedroom/2 bath cottage includes all new furnishings, appliances, electronics, and cooking utensils to help make your stay comfortable, fun, and relaxing.

The main floor offers fantastic lake views from the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room faces the lake. It features lofted ceilings, full-length windows, slider to the deck and includes comfortable seating around a Smart HDTV and gas fireplace. High speed internet and Sonos speakers support streaming needs and allow guests to play their favorite tunes throughout the home.

The kitchen features updated cabinets, granite countertops and all the amenities- including large fridge with ice maker, built-in microwave, regular and Keurig coffee makers, and gas range. The kitchen is stocked with flatware, dinnerware, drinkware, cookware, and baking, cooking and bar tools.

The first floor dining area includes an expandable dining table that seats 6-8.

The cottage sleeps 11 comfortably. The king bedroom is located on the first floor, next to a full bathroom with walk in shower and large closet stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels.

A laundry room with speed queen washer and dryer completes the main floor.

Upstairs, a desk and work area overlook the Lake. The loft also includes a large bedroom with three built-in, extra-long twin beds, ample storage, and kids play area.

Downstairs, guests will appreciate another living room centered around a second Smart HDTV and more lake views. A kitchenette and second eating area include a table for another 4-6 people (the “kid’s table”) and a second refrigerator/freezer to store extra food and drinks.

The second full bath with walk in shower and bedrooms 3 and 4 are also downstairs. One bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds. The other is equipped with a queen bed.

The basement is walk-out and provides easy access to a roomy hot tub, grilling area, lawn, private sandy beach and 80 ft. dock.

Additional outdoor highlights include a large composite deck, dining table that seats 8-10 and spacious lounge area and gas firepit. An 11 ft moveable umbrella provides ample and adaptable shade.

The lawn is large enough for bocce, badminton and other lawn games. Arguably the best outdoor feature is the private beach and sandy bottomed, clear Crystal Lake.

Directly across the quiet street in front of the cottage, guests will find a tennis court and small playground with swings and a slide.

Downtown Beulah, ice cream, restaurants, Beulah Beach, pickle ball, and Five Shores Brewery are a short walk or bike ride away. The cottage also enjoys close and easy access to the Betsie Valley Hiking and Biking Trail. The quaint town of Frankfort and Lake Michigan are a 10 minute drive away. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Crystal Mountain Spa and Ski Resort, Platte River Beach are also nearby. Traverse City, Manistee, Glen Arbor and Arcadia Bluffs are all within a short drive.
