Welcome to our lakefront home located in the heart of Saint Simons Island. Designed for comfort, convenience, and coastal living, this 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home is ideal for families, or large groups visiting the island. Step outside and unwind on your private dock overlooking the lake, complete with a fire pit- perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Take the kayak out on the water, or explore the island with your golf cart. You're just a quick 8-minute drive to the beach, and then you can rinse off the sand with our outdoor shower and foot spray, giving you the best of both peaceful lakefront living and easy coastal access. Our home includes everything one would need to cook and entertain, an indoor washer and drier, and bath essentials. There is NO SMOKING inside the house.

Phil was a wonderful host. There had been a miscommunication and he went above and beyond to make things right. The house was just what we wanted. The backyard with the lake was very peaceful. We were close to many places and necessities. We had a great stay.

St Simons Island 7/18-7/10/25

The property is very nice and was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Bring your fishing rod too. The lake behind the house was a great surprise and added benefit. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Phil for all your hospitality.

Great way to celebrate with family!

My family and I celebrated Thanksgiving together in this lovely home. Our teens loved fishing and canoeing in the back yard. Great location to restaurants, lighthouse and market. Close enough for a day trip to driftwood beach. Lovely stay!

We stayed at this house for our beach baseball tournament and it was absolutely amazing! The house was perfect and we had such a great time! Highly recommend staying here! We will be back in the future for sure!

We had a wonderful time staying here. This home is THE place to stay in St.Simons Island. The home was beautifully decorated and the lake view in the back yard was the best! Absolutely the best for relaxing and being with friends! I will definitely be back!

Lovely Rental

What a beautiful spot! The bird watching out back was awesome! Lovely and quiet neighborhood close to everywhere we wanted to go. Our dog loved the back yard and walks around the neighborhood. I love the way this home is decorated and stocked so thoughtfully with everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this rental, it’s perfect.

Unforgettable vacation home in SSI - 10/10

The host Phillip was nothing short of spectacular! Checking in and out was easy as could be and he was very accommodating and welcoming to our group. I can’t wait to visit SSI again and rebook this gem! The pictures do not do this place justice, I would highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity. 10/10 all across the board

Awesome Getaway

The pictures of the home were beautiful but it exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient. It is a decorators dream and has so many extras and special touches. Our grandson loved fishing in the pond and we all enjoyed watching the various birds and fish. Beds were so comfy. We would love to be able to stay here again. Also, the owners are so great and eager to please. We all highly recommend.

Great house/location/backyard

Check-in was simple and all communication with Phil was easy and straightforward the entire weekend. The house is in a great location/neighborhood with a beautiful backyard on the water. If you have younger kids (maybe 4-5 and under) I don't know that I would recommend as it was more geared towards adults/older kids (lots of breakable items.) Had a really nice last minute stay. We were even allowed to stay a few hours past check-out which was nice.

Glad you enjoyed the stay! And point taken about breakable items. I have replaced breakable ceramic lamps and other things with non-breakable, kid friendly items. The house has bunk beds for kids as well as toys, games, and books… Also added a foldable crib for babies. It’s a spacious house and well-geared toward kids now! :)

Every year I have Christmas w my kids usually close to the beach. This year I chose this property. It was tastefully decorated and the owner went out of his way to make sure it was decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate his efforts. Plenty of room in the home and a wonderful view. Everything we needed.

The most wonderful getaway

What a beautiful home and property! This picturesque home is on a lake, which is so nice to wake up to. Very clean, very comfortable, and loved the decor and amenities. Communication with the host was so seamless. We also loved how close we were to the beach and town with plenty of places to eat and shop. We were passing through on a road trip and needed to add this one night stop at the last minute, and Phil was so quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. We'll definitely be back to St. Simons and will definitely book this home when we have more time. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!

"Loved This Gorgeous Home!"

We came for a weekend on St. Simons, and this was the perfect spot to stay. The view out of the back windows was gorgeous, watching the birds on the lake, especially around sunset. Fish jumping and a bunny on the edge of the water! Ha Ha - that was too cute! The house itself is beautiful. The decor and layout actually inspired me to do some things on my own home! We felt like we were in a perfect location, so close to everything we wanted to do, but not in a busy/traffic area. It's an ideal island spot! Recommended highly, and we will be back!

Gorgeous home, love it there!

I have stayed at this home before, and I was so glad I got to stay here again this year. It’s my home away from home on St Simons! Such a comfy and beautiful house, and gorgeous views of the lake. We love seeing the birds and sunset out there. There were several decor updates I noticed since last time, which just added to the appeal :) Great job by the owners keeping up this home and making it so inviting. We will be back again! Oh, also they gave us the use of a golf cart for FREE, which is an amazing deal on St Simons if you know the local prices. Very kind and the perfect way to get around this beautiful island. :) Thanks again!!

I love this house!

It was my second time staying here, and this house is definitely my favorite place to visit on St Simons! It’s so comfy and beautiful… I love the view of the lake, had a great time just watching the birds and fish jumping while having morning coffee. They’ve done a wonderful job with the decor, the home feels so “St Simons” and all the unique touches are really cool. The bedroom I stayed in was super comfy and homey. All king size beds plus a room with bunk beds that I would absolutely love if I were a kid again! The close proximity to restaurants and the beach, being on the more southern half of the island, is a big plus. Can’t wait to come back here again! It will be a yearly thing, or more often if possible! :) Thanks for a great stay!

Girls Trip

This was the perfect home for our group of 10 girlfriends. It is in a quiet neighborhood overlooking a lovely lake. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Great stay, would rebook

’ve been to St Simons a handful of times now and this is probably my favorite home I’ve stayed in. Love the view of the lake from the porch. Peaceful neighborhood that is central to everything, an easy bike ride to the beach or shops and restaurants. As for the inside, I absolutely loved the decor and king size bed, which was a cool, unique design done in bamboo. Laundry in the unit and ample parking are both perks. The owners were very responsive, too. Definitely recommend. I’ll be coming back!
