Lovely 1st floor condo in Magnolia Place

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the first floor with direct access to community pool.

Open concept living and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Amenities with the condo include free WiFi, washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, extra bedding in all the closets. There is keyless entry on the front door and you will be provided a code before you arrive.

The location is awesome! This condo is centrally located near Broadway at the Beach with 350 acres of shopping and entertainment, water parks, miniature golf and restaurant row. The condo is located in the Magnolia Place condominium development within the Myrtlewood Villas area. We are just a short 1.5 mile drive to the beach with plenty of public parking. The more adventurous can walk there. The airport is just 15 minutes away.

We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels (no recordings of conversations) throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. There is also a ring doorbell installed on the front door.

This was a nice place to stay. My 13 year old son loved that the pool was right in the backyard and he definitely got good use of the pool. The owner left a box of crumble cookie that my teenage children all loved.

We were very impressed with the condo. Whenever we rent a place my wife’s biggest fear is cleanliness and the bedding. This surpassed our expectations and our stay was the best. Everything you see in the ad is what you get. Debbie, the host, is the best. Any questions we had she was really quick to answer. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place

This place was great. Super close to the beach, access to a small child friendly pool, super cute turtles in pond between the golf course and the condos. Debbie was great as was Heather,her maintenance person! 10/10 recommend

WONDERFUL

This should be your place and none other. Very clean!Plenty of kitchen supplies, to include a crockpot.Upon arrival, I needed to contact Debbie and she responded immediately.This location is 6 minutes to the beach, BUT the pool is right outside the back porch.Quiet hours were obeyed throughout the area.And Crumble cookies arrived at the door!We had a great time!

The condo is in a great area for easy access to a lot of attractions. There was an issue with the towels and bed sheets but Debbie was easily accessible and worked hard to correct the situation. The condo was well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware, could have used a few more trash bags as there was only one but that’s about it. The bathrooms were clean and had great water pressure. We didn’t use the pool but it is right out the back slider and it looked nice. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space to unpack. WiFi was adequate for what we needed. Nice 2 bedroom condo!

Property was clean,well stocked even had some nice little touches. Owners were very easy to get in touch with. We also loved the location and would definitely rent again.

Great Place to Stay

This condo is very nicely furnished and decorated. I liked that it was so close to the pool and located on the 1st floor. When we got there, we found the cleaning crew had not done such a great job, but the owner rectified that situation promptly. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Kids Summer Vaca 2022

My husband and I had an awesome summer vacation with our grandson, niece, and nephew before their return to school. Renting this condo at Magnolia Place was our best decision for all. The kids had the luxury of the pool being right outside the patio. Because of the condo being so clean and nicely decorated, we had just as much fun returning to the condo as enjoying our Myrtle Beach activities. Also, the location was conveniently located near beach activities and restaurants. We hope this unit is available during our next visit.

Great location

Loved the location. If you go to the beach between the blocks this condo is on it won’t be overcrowded. I loved that we weren’t in the crazy part of Myrtle Beach but it was easily accessible. I didn’t miss staying on the beach at all.This was perfect. The house was clean. It had lots of supplies as of you were at home. We cooked one night and has everything we needed. (Pots/pans/utensils). The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was so close and not busy most of the time. I would definitely recommend booking this property.

Great value

Overall the place was great. Having the pool right outside the patio door was nice. The Crumbl cookies was a sweet treat from the property manager upon checking in! The beds were comfy and cozy. The location was great for anything we wanted to see or do in Myrtle Beach. The only "small" downsides are that they only provide 2-3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 garbage bag. We had to go buy both as we were staying there for a week. Also, there was a lot of dark long hair from previous guests on the bathroom and kitchen rugs that would make their way onto the light colored tile in clumps so that was a little gross. But again very minor things that could be easily fixed. Great value place for what you pay though and woulds stay there again if we were to ever travel back that way!

Ripken Experience - welcome retreat!

The condo was a welcome retreat after a week long baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience! Exactly “as advertised” and perfect set up for my husband, 2 teenagers and myself. In addition to the set up, the condo was supplied with everything we needed for day one without having to rush out to the store - greatly appreciated after trying to travel during a global internet outage! Additionally, our VRBO host had sweet treats waiting on the doorstep when we checked in! Debbie (the owner) responded to each outreach from our initial booking, to a follow up on communication expectations and a detailed welcome message the week before we checked in with all needed information - key pad instructions & code, thermostat instructions, WiFi, fobs to the pool, etc. which allowed us to check in with no issues! The condo complex itself was well maintained, quiet and right on the golf course. Entertainment and the beach no more than 10 minutes away along with the field. Highly recommend and if we make our way back to Myrtle Beach we hope to stay again! Thank you Debbie!
