A very clean, newly built home nestled in a cozy family neighborhood just minutes from NAU and downtown Flagstaff. Whether you're looking to hit the slopes at Snow Bowl Ski Resort, explore nearby hiking trails, or visit the Grand Canyon, this home is the perfect basecamp for all your northern Arizona adventures!

You'll love the spacious living room and large primary bedroom, along with the upgraded kitchen stocked with all the utensils you'll need for a quick trip or a multi-week stay!

A large comfy sectional awaits as you enter the spacious living room. Enjoy a Netflix movie night or some board games in front of the fireplace (the whole home has heat and AC as well!).

The kitchen includes upgraded quartz countertops, a gas stove, a full size refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, and the utensils needed for homemade family meals.

All bedrooms feature super-comfy memory foam mattresses and cozy modern furniture. The spacious primary bedroom downstairs features a king bed and private bathroom. Another king bedroom sits upstairs, as well as the third bedroom which includes a queen bed and bunk bed. Both bathrooms have showers, and the upstairs bathroom has a shower/bath combo.

The home also has a small office area for working away-from-home, which includes a desk, ergonomic office chair, and HDMI computer monitor. The full-size washer and dryer are great for families and multi-week guests.

The private backyard includes a small outdoor dining area, along with room to play in the snow or soak in the breeze. A wooded common area in the back is great for picnics or kids play time!

The oversize garage can fit 2 trucks or full-size SUVs, and you will also find cornhole and giant Jenga games inside!

The neighborhood features parks and play areas for kids, and is just minutes from everything Flagstaff has to offer!

This was a great stay for our family. We enjoyed being central to many things in flagstaff. The house had everything we needed to prepare food and cook. Clean, quiet, safe

The house is clean, bright and cheery. This was a great location for us to go exploring from. We have never stayed in a quieter neighborhood. The driveway is small, but the garage is huge. Our giant vehicle, 10 ft trailer, and motorcycle all fit easily. Our host was great! Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Pine all accessible from Flagstaff.

We thought the location was great. Nice neighborhood with a park for the kids. Quiet. Hoise was as described with everything you need. Communication was great with the owner. We would stay again.

Family vacation

Great place! Super clean and quiet. Easy to get to. Great location right between Grand Canyon and Petrified Forest and meteor crater. Each one About 1 1/2 hours away. (ish). Thank you for having us. If we are ever in the area again, I’d book your place again.

Great location

The host was very accommodating and we were able to check in early. Everything was as described. I was impressed with the well stocked kitchen and all of the extras the host had thought of (coffee for the coffee pot, lots of laundry pods and dryer sheets, lots of trash bags etc..) The floors and carpets needed to be cleaned a little better but overall it was decently clean. There isn’t a kerig coffee maker but there is a coffee maker that allows you to make single cup. You just have to open the k-cup and add it to the filter. Easy peasy. Or you can use the coffee provided and make a pot , half a pot or less. The beds were comfortable and this house was the perfect size for our family of four. It was nice to be able to use the garage too. The location was perfectly situated and close to shopping (Walmart and target) and downtown flagstaff. Check out was easy and the host was responsive to questions I had. While in Flagstaff, we did a tour with Grand Canyon Adventures and went to antelope canyon and horseshoe bend. Highly recommend that tour company! We were thankful to have a nice place to come home to after a day of adventures.

This is beautiful new home. Very clean and had everything we needed. It's in a great location... safe neighborhood and quick drive to town and ASU. Would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Flagstaff!

Love this neighborhood!

Just by chance I have stayed at two VRBO homes recently in this neighborhood. You feel really safe and it is close to NAU which is nice for visiting my daughter. The house is very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. It is decorated very simply which I so prefer over a house that is over-decorated. The owners were very responsive to some questions I had before my trip. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you to the owners. I will be back if you will have me!
