The updated island kitchen features all-new, Monogram brand stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, plus a dishwasher for easy home meal prep and stress-free cleanup. There's eat-in seating for four at the breakfast bar or you and your guests can enjoy al fresco dining out on the porch at the covered patio table set for four.

Open up the windows and slider for lake breezes, casual conversation, and family movies in the living room. The downstairs living area also comes equipped with a TV for flexible entertainment options. If you need to make it a work/play getaway, there's a built-in home office on the main floor landing.

Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning.
For an additional sleeping option, there’s a king sofabed in the downstairs living room.
This home is fully winterized for all-season comfort.
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
