Beautiful Home

The check-in process was easy. The house was beautiful and accommodated our family well. There was plenty of space for all of us. Communication with the host was easy, fast and efficient. Timothy was always able to help with any questions I had. The beds were super comfortable! And the house was decorated beautifully.

Great stay

This house was great for our stay. We spent most of our time visiting with family at Lake Winnisquam, and this house was much closer than some others we have stayed in. A great space to come home to at the end of a long day: there is a smart TV in each bedroom and the living room, so we were able to set the kids up with a movie upstairs in the bunkbed room. We also enjoyed the peaceful back deck and the fire pit in the backyard. The upstairs bedrooms were great for the kids. (Note - the upstairs bathroom is located within one of the queen bedrooms, so have someone stay in that room who doesn't mind that layout.) There is a pod-coffee-maker -- bring your own coffee pods. Check-in was easy, and we had no issues during our stay. Thank you!

Great ski vacation

Two families fit comfortably! We were close enough to gunstock to enjoy an awesome ski day for both families that traveled together for a short winter getaway. Would recommend staying at the property!

Great location near the lake, large home good for groups

We were visiting family in the area with our kids, the home provided a great location near town, the lake and family. Easy to find, lots of room very comfortable beds, living area and extremely clean. Beautiful location right against the woods with fire pit to enjoy the evenings. Looking forward to returning next year.

The perfect vacation home

The owners did a fabulous job renovating this house. It’s beautiful, with all the necessities of home. There were plenty of towels/facecloths and a washer/dryer available. There were queen beds in each bedroom, which you rarely find these days. I can’t say enough about Jody & Tim. They were very responsive to every email, with questions ranging from the type of coffee pot to television passwords. We were there for Laconia Bike Week, so riding the roads around the lake to/from the house was an added bonus. The house was close to shopping, restaurants, outlets, and many attractions. We had a great stay!

Great stay for a MTB trip!

My friends and I visited the area for a mountain bike trip which included the famous Highland Bike Park. Everyone had a "wow" moment when we entered the house. It's not big, but the way it was built really makes it spacious. This house is really well taken care of, it is clean and had everything we needed (kitchen stuff, BBQ, fire pit, TV and wi-fi, towels). The location is good, quite close to the lake and about 20 minutes away from the bike park (and the Kettlehead brewery which we loved)! We also visited Weirs Beach and Gilford areas, which are about 20-25 minutes away. Although it can sleep 14, I would recommend this house for no more than 10 adults.

Just what we needed!!!

We had the most amazing experience. Tim and Jody were fantastic hosts. They thought of everything!! The home was the perfect size for the 11 of us! It was the most clean and beautifully decorated home. They even went so far as to set up a beautiful Christmas tree!!! The newly renovated upstairs was gorgeous. The 5 children had plenty of space in the bunk room and all three pairs of adults had their own room. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept very well. The home was the perfect distance from shopping areas and Gunstock where we skied for a few days. The kitchen was well prepared and stocked with all the necessities. Our family is hoping to plan a trip back this summer to experience the lakes region and all its attractions. Thanks so much Tim and Jody for going the extra mile. Your home was absolutely amazing and perfect for our families Christmas get away!!!

Lovely Place

The house is very nice! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need except for food. There were plenty of towels and blankets and pillows. Beds were very comfortable. The owners were very quick to respond to our needs and questions. The neighborhood is very nice and safe to take walks. Even the neighbor across from us was very helpful! The town beach is very nice and only a few minutes from the house. We would definitely stay again without hesitation. Thank you for opening your house to families like ours to tour the area and make everlasting memories!!

Soulfest stay

We always find a house big enough for our two families to connect and visit while we attend Soulfest at Gunstock. This was close enough for us to go back and forth and provided a wonderful place for our families to eat, play games, sleep and enjoy being together. Hosts are amazing!! Super fast responses to questions. Quiet neighborhood and home was very clean and well kept. Highly recommend!

Family July Vacation

This was a great place. Conveniently located near lots of attractions and shops. Very clean and roomy. My wife and I rented the place as somewhere to take my son and his family. Lots of kids. There is a room upstairs that slept them all. Large family room and kitchen area. We ate together every morning and night. There was a grill out back to use which came in handy. Our hosts are in the process of making the place even better. I am already thinking about renting it again next summer. Just want to say thanks for being gracious hosts. All the best! JC
