Enjoy the wildlife in the front lawn and enjoy the outdoors! Large living room has 2 separate recliners and a large sectional with 2 recliners for optimal guest relaxation. Get away from all the noise and stress here and take a walk or hike. Near the National Forest, skiing, fishing etc. Bring the bikes along also! We are excited to announce we now have free wifi....and the speed is very good for our area! Holly Meadows Golf Course is approx. 6 miles away. Check out Blackwater Outdoor Adventures....white water rafting at it's best. Just 4 miles away

House was as advertised, very clean and homey! Alot of comfortable seating and the beds were very comfortable as well! Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need and plenty of towels/wash clothes for bathroom use. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, relaxing, had everything we needed. The house was warm and the driveway plowed after a large snow storm. Great place. The second time we stayed and plan to go back again.

We were very satisfied with our trip. We came to stay for sledding at Blackwater Falls State Park, only about 30 minutes away. The house is lovely and felt like home.

Quick response from the host when needed, house was clean and welcoming and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were very thankful for the warmth of the house since we were there when it was minus temps. Took us about 40 mins to get to Timberline ski resort and that was in icy conditions.

This is a very comfortable and cozy place for families to stay. quiet, clean, spacious and inviting. Enough kitchen equipment for family to cook. Bathroom was freshly renovated. The owner provided lots of extra supplies so we found everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place.

It was clean and quiet. Little on the older side, but we just needed a place to lay our heads, relax, and visit the area. Washer and dryer were a positive!

Grandma’s cozy getaway

VERY clean and such a cozy place to stay. The house was warm. It is well stocked with linens and towels and basic essentials. We would stay here again. Very cozy and peaceful.

Horseshoe Run Cottage

This cottage was exactly as advertised! The cottage was very clean and had everything we could possibly have needed. Quite and picturesque area with A LOT of deer!My husband and I would definitely stay here again and we would recommend this cottage to our friends and family.

We spent the weekend skiing nearby, so this was a wonderful place to come back and stay at! Clean, and comfy, just what was needed after a long day on the slopes!

Horseshoe Cottage

A friend and I decided to do some hiking in West Virginia and check out some waterfalls. This place was centrally located so that we were able to travel to the trails that were interesting to us. The place was clean and quiet, bathroom looks to be newly renovated and was very nice. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but it definitely suited our needs.

Swell stay!

This charming little cabin was the perfect spot for our girlfriends to meet up and enjoy the mountains. It has a nice layout, plenty of comfortable seating for a group, and a cozy vibe. We all agreed we would book this property again for our Thomas visits in the future.
