Expansive waterfront property (with bunkie) on Sturgeon Lake
Waterfront Retreat is located on Lake Sturgeon, which is
great for boating, fishing and swimming. Enjoy relaxing time outdoors on this property that boasts 100 feet of waterfront and a fire pit at lakeside. This open concept and cozy cottage is ideal for the active family looking to enjoy all aspects of cottage life.
Pet are not-allowed. Cottage has air-conditioning.
The interior living areas and bedrooms have a classic cottage feel. The main living spaces have walkouts to the deck (new for 2022), all of which face the waterfront with breathtaking views of the lake. The Bunkie has its own bedroom, bathroom and living area which is perfect for a second family or older children. The waterfront is perfect for children, with a shallow sandy bottom that transitions to a gradually deepening water. Adults can supervise the goings-on from an expansive waterside deck and dock. Water toys include a canoe, paddle board/SUP (2), tube , paddle boat, and two kids’ kayaks.
You can fish directly off the dock .. so bring your fishing gear! For swimming, you need to wade out into the water because it is shallow by the dock (not ideal to jump off). It is not a weed free lake! Bottom is sandy and water shoes are suggested.
New for 2022: New dock, Muskoka chairs at firepit, new deck, beds and a new cottage paint job!!

My family lives in Mississauga and rent out our cottage on Sturgeon Lake when we are away. I have rented a number of properties in Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and Florida .. and I've always looked after my guests and obtained a "Gold" host status.

My kid love to hang around the dock and play in the water. I love to have a coffee (and some drinks) while looking at the amazing view. It is remote yet close to all amenities in Lindsay, Fenlon Falls and Bob Caygeon.
