Our condo is in a strategic location, within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, stores, and of course, the beach! Equiped with breathtaking views of the gulf, the 1262 sq ft no-carpet condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and outstanding amenities within the complex. There are 5 pools to lounge in, state of the art 2 stories fitness center, putting green, restaurants, sandwich shops, and many more within walking distance to entertain your beach vacations! You really don't need a vehicle to stay here!
This unit has gulf and beach view from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. This spacious condo boasts 1262 sq ft with 3 bedrooms (1 King bed, 2 Full beds, 2 Twin beds, and 1 Queen pull out) and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeps 8.
Living Room: Equipped with 2 sofas, one of them is a sofa sleeper with Queen pull out bed (brand new Summer 2022)
Dining Room: Dining table with 4 chairs and kitchen island with another 4 chairs, total seats 8.
Kitchen: We love to cook, so fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances (Summer 2022), dinner set for 16, toaster, mixer, crock pot, electric water pot, Keurig coffee pot, and various pots and pans, one is even big enough for a lobster!
Master Bedroom: King size bed (brand new enclosed zippered Mattress of Summer 2022) with en suite Master Bathroom, equipped with tub, shower and double vanity, and separate toilet.
Second Bedroom: 2 Full size beds (brand new enclosed zippered mattresses of Summer 2022)
Bunk Room: 2 Twin size beds (brand new enclosed zippered mattresses of Summer 2022)

We are a family with 2 children that live in Columbus, OH. We fell in love with the Panhandle Florida the first time we visited, and determined to find a place there.

We love that we have views of everything from the balcony, not just the ocean. The condo is very roomy with 1262 sq feet, with outstanding amenities and restaurants in premises. With Walmart right behind the building, you don't really need transportation to stay.
