Welcome to our AIRSTREAM by Living The Dream Cabins! Located just 2 MINUTES to Old Man's Cave, you will enjoy the perfect blend of vintage charm at our 1994 Airstream with a modern outdoor living space right in the heart of Hocking Hills State Park.

*Located less than 1 Mile from Old Mans Cave
*AWD or 4x4 Vehicles recommended to reach the top of the hill
*34 Foot Airstream (still a recreation vehicle, so occupiers above 6'2" may be cramped or have head room issues)
*Vintage 1994 Model airstream. Exterior shows signs of aging, although well maintained. Interior has been updated - very clean, modern, and cozy!
*Airstream features a 2-person Hot Tub with perfect size and dimensions to enjoy nature or watch the game on!
*Outdoor living room style area with a Smart TV, DVD player, propane fireplace table, and all the gorgeous views Hocking Hills has to offer!
*Includes a smaller Blackstone grill for cooking, a breakfast-style seating area, and plenty of deck space for enjoying nature.
*Inside the airstream includes comfortable couches and a table area that can be folded down to watch movies in comfort.
*Kitchen has a stove and dishwasher (No OVEN). Also includes a microwave, griddle, 2QT Crockpot, drip coffee maker, and most cooking utensils needed to prepare a meal.
*Miniature refrigerator and freezer combo machine that is ice-cold and perfect for smaller meals and storage.
*Bathroom has a stand up shower with hot water, however the hot water heater is small so it may run out of hot water.
*The bed is an RV queen size mattress. It is very comfortable although slightly smaller than a traditional Queen mattress.

We received a great welcoming with even a few gifts for our pup! The hot tub was so inviting after a day of hiking in Old Man’s cave area. Bed was super comfortable! Everything was very clean and well kept. Great Host!!!

The airstream was a great experience. We had all we needed and plenty of room with the covered outside living area and fire pit. Close to everything and still peacefulThe owners provided consistent information and were readily available to help problem solve when we couldn’t figure out a camper issue.

Really enjoyed: The hot tub, fire pit, outside lounge area, being so close to trails. Private enough. Figuring out the airstream was fun. It rained a lot while we were here but it was nice to still be able to hang outside. The host was kind enough to give me cupcakes on my birthday. They were delicious. Thank you!

Went here for a quick surprise weekend date with my girlfriend and it was magnitudes better than a hotel. Highly recommended and we will definitely go back.Oh and the quality built structure that this is in is clutch if the weather turns. Wish we were still there!

Excellent rental experience- great communication, helpful recommendations for hiking and resources for arrival/departure and how to find or use the features of the Airstream. Absolutely everything we needed was provided! We especially appreciated the Blackstone for cooking and comfortable outdoor furniture since we spent the majority of time outdoors. Would highly recommend!!! Wonderful memories made in Hocking Hills!

The app created just for this property made finding the location, accessing it, and enjoying it a snap. Communicating with the owner was quick and easy. We loved the beautiful deck with the hot tub and then watching a movie on the big screen outside. This is a unique and special place, so close to many Hocking Hills attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at Ian's Airstream in Hocking Hills! First of all it was easy to find! Then as soon as we stepped into the Airstream we felt welcomed! There was fall music playing on the TV and a lovely welcome basket for us! It included dog treats for our Rosie (which she loved and appreciated!) along with a welcoming note and treats for my husband and me! Everything we needed was handy and I was very pleased that there were two seating areas that did not include the bed! The mattress and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was very large for a trailer! The shower was not cramped and the counter space in the bathroom and kitchen was good. The towels were nice especially the extra ones included for the hot tub. The very nice deck outside added extra seating and entertainment. We took full advantage of the hot tub after a day of hiking and it was perfect! It was so special to sit and look out at the night with complete privacy! We had a couple of questions and Megan was very quick to get back to us with helpful advice! The welcome packet was also very complete and useful! The night lighting over the fire pit was charming...I just wish we had had time to make a fire. Finally, the pumpkins decorating the deck added a lovely fall touch to the whole place!

What a fun and unique experience! Great location for Hocking Hills! We used the outdoor portion every morning for breakfast and watched movies outside. Maybe because of the ceiling fans- but there were no bugs. The signs and labels inside the airstream were helpful and it had all the amenities we could ask for. Communication was easy and the host was extremely responsive when we reached out with a question about the hot tub. We were given the area events calendar and we were able to go hear live music at the local winery. All in all an outstanding experience. We would definitely return.

Recently went for my fiancée's birthday, and we couldn't have dreamed of a better place to stay. It was clean, beautiful, and seemed well kept. Eventually worked perfectly and as expected, and we were greated with a friendly and personalized thank you note, that made an incredible impression. We would highly recommend.

The Koblitz family has been visiting Hocking Hills for the last 40+ years, and in 2015 decided to build our own legacy. 

Ian, with 20 years of real estate experience, found his true calling in short-term rentals. He is the visionary and mastermind behind our properties – each designed to offer a one-of-a-kind stay. Alongside his wife, Megan, they have turned their love for real estate into something truly special – dedicating themselves to creating unique and memorable experiences for each of their guests.

In the last decade, we have grown our portfolio to include our OG Family Cabin, Treehouse, Underground Earth Home, Grain Silo, Airstream Glamper, and our newest Retro Cabin. 

However, we are NOT a big cabin company! Every property has been carefully designed, constructed, remodeled, and maintained by us. Our team is truly a family affair!

We take immense pride in providing a 5-star experience for all of our guests, paying attention to every detail and the thoughtful touches that make your stay unforgettable.
